In Matthew 13, Jesus spoke in parables to keep the enemies from understanding His message. When will these enemies cease to exist? Both the Old and New Testaments speak of battles, indicating the presence of enemies. In the New Testament, Jesus repeatedly commands His followers to overcome, which also implies the existence of opposition. Therefore, believers must clearly discern between allies and enemies. Do you know how? The true shepherd, with whom God is present, knows this fully.
How can we identify allies and enemies? It is through the recorded words of promise. The prophetic (promised) words are secrets recorded in parables. When the prophecy is fulfilled, its reality appears, and both the true meaning of the parable and its fulfillment become known. The book of Revelation in the New Testament contains many prophecies written in symbolic language. From the beginning of the events in Revelation, there is a war. By understanding the meaning of Revelation's prophecies and seeing the realities that have appeared today, we can distinguish between allies and enemies. Do you understand?
Though the Book of Revelation was recorded approximately 2,000 years ago, no one has fully understood its meaning or reality until today. The true meaning of this book can only be understood when the realities of its prophecies appear. The end times, the events of the Lord’s Second Coming, occur in the sequence of betrayal, destruction, and salvation, as written in 2 Thessalonians 2. The prophecies of the Book of Revelation follow this order: betrayal, destruction, and salvation. When Revelation is fulfilled, the betrayers, destroyers, and the savior will appear, and at that time, the realities of the enemies will be revealed.
During Jesus’ first coming, the Old Testament was fulfilled, yet the believers of that time failed to recognize it. Why? Because they were ignorant of the Scriptures. Likewise, at the time of His second coming, the New Testament is being fulfilled today, but Christians are unaware of this. Without understanding the promises of Scripture, how can they recognize its fulfillment when they appear? It seems that the ignorance of Scripture leads to the peril of the end times. We need to enter into the Word.
Today, those who do not understand the promised words of the New Testament will label Shincheonji as heretical, just as people called Jesus a heretic during His first coming. However, Shincheonji is not heretical but the city of truth, the greatest in the world of humanity. The New Testament proves this. Those who come to understand and believe in the secrets and realities of God’s Book, Revelation, will recognize this truth.
Today, the secret of God’s Book, Revelation, has been fulfilled, and its realities have appeared. When the prophecy is completely fulfilled, the enemies will vanish, and God’s kingdom, Shincheonji, will be eternal (Daniel 2:44).
Judgment is imminent. Despite Shincheonji’s proclamations of God’s promised new kingdom, many do not check or believe because they are outside the Word of Scripture. Shincheonji is the new heaven and new earth that has been fulfilled exactly according to Revelation, without adding to or taking away from it. Check this through the New Testament. Amen.

Freedom, Love, and Peace
What is freedom, what is love, and what is peace? Many people have sought freedom and peace through faith, even to the point of martyrdom.
Since childhood, I (the Promised Pastor) have believed in God, praying to Him while gazing at the sky. This seems to be an innate part of me. When my grandfather raised me, he often said, "It is by the blessing of the God of heaven that humans, animals, and plants all live." So, I believed his words.
I have always had a deep desire to understand the history, prophecies, and realities of the Bible. I would often wonder, "If God exists, even though we are sinners, why does He not reveal Himself to those who sincerely seek Him?" At times, I felt resentment. Considering the history of the Bible, one could argue that humanity’s sins are to blame, but how could newborns today bear any responsibility for sins they never committed? Still, I thought there must be a greater purpose behind it all. I believe temperament is innate, yet as I grew, history, education, and learning shaped my knowledge, reasoning, and ideas. Differences in thought and ideology have led to wars. However, no one born into this world wishes to die in war. Then why do people fight to the point of death?
For the cause of ending wars and achieving peace worldwide, I have traveled around the globe 32 times, meeting former and current presidents, chief justices, parliamentary leaders, and university presidents. I built friendships, formed bonds, and promised to work together to create a legacy of eternal peace for future generations. These promises and commitments, sealed with signatures, are preserved in photographs. These photos will serve as timeless lessons for global peace. In the Philippines, where approximately 120,000 people had died over 40 years of armed conflict in Mindanao, I gathered religious leaders from opposing sides and called for an end to the war. They signed a peace agreement, which was a civilian-led, peaceful resolution without the use of force. To commemorate this historic peace accord, a peace monument was erected in that nation. Similar monuments commemorating my peace efforts are also installed at the Peace Training Institute in Goseong-ri, Cheongpyeong-myeon, Gapyeong County.
Jesus, who fulfilled the Old Testament, taught us to love our neighbors as ourselves and called for peace. He bore the sins of the world and promised to return. Following this example, I traveled the globe 32 times, proclaiming love and peace, resulting in peace monuments being established in many nations. War, caused by the decisions of adults, has claimed the lives of countless young students and youth who never even had the chance to bloom. These young people perished on battlefields from starvation or gunfire. Ask those who now lie in graves, having died in war: Do you believe war was worth the sacrifice of your precious youth? Is it still worth fighting? Why do we fight? Is it not for power? What, then, is politics? Is politics to kill people or to save them? And what is love?
Revelation chapters 6, 7, and 21 foretell the disappearance of the first heaven and first earth and the creation of a new heaven and new earth. Revelation warns that adding to or subtracting from this book will result in exclusion from heaven and the receipt of curses (Revelation 22:18–19). “Pastors, Protestant believers, and those persecuting Shincheonji, have you not added to or subtracted from Revelation? Shincheonji, persecuted by Protestantism, has a profound understanding of the Book of Revelation.”
Just as the religious leaders in Jerusalem during Jesus’ first coming misunderstood the Old Testament and condemned Him as a heretic and demon, today, Protestantism, without understanding the meaning of the New Testament’s Revelation, persecutes Shincheonji. To determine who is true and who is false, I proposed a public Bible examination based on the New Testament’s Revelation before the masses, but not a single person responded.
Revelation warns that those who add to or subtract from it will be cursed and barred from heaven. Shincheonji, having mastered Revelation, will enter heaven, while Protestants—including theology doctors, pastors, evangelists, teachers, and believers—who have all added to or subtracted from the book of Revelation, will not. What authority, then, do such individuals have to call others heretics?
Heaven is a paradise overflowing with freedom, love, and peace. Let us all master Revelation and enter heaven. Amen. I believe.
on Gyeonggi Governor Kim Dong-yeon's Petition Response
Through Governor Kim Dong-yeon’s response to the petition, it has become evident once again that the cancellation of the venue reservation was an administrative abuse without legal basis or proper procedures. Governor Kim has failed to provide clear legal grounds for the cancellation and has instead issued a formal yet vague expression of "regret" to evade responsibility. We demanded clarity on the legal grounds for the cancellation, the decision-making process, and measures for apology and compensation through the petition. However, despite having over a month to respond, Governor Kim has failed to provide even a single definitive answer.
We ask Governor Kim Dong-yeon: If national security was an issue, why was the venue reservation approved in the first place?
Governor Kim cited "military tensions" as the reason for the cancellation. If the military tension was such a grave concern, the venue should not have been approved initially. Allowing the reservation and then canceling it on the day of the event was a deliberate act of insult and oppression against Shincheonji Church of Jesus.
On October 16, Gyeonggi Province issued an administrative order designating danger zones and prohibiting activities such as leafletting to prevent security threats near the border. Yet, a religious event completely unrelated to security concerns was abruptly canceled under the pretext of "resident safety amid national security threats." If national security was indeed the issue, as Governor Kim claims, he should have informed and consulted Shincheonji Church of Jesus about this situation on October 16, when the danger zones were designated. Why was the reservation maintained, and why was there no communication if security was truly the concern?
Moreover, despite several inquiries by Gyeonggi Tourism Organization regarding potential issues with the event, they confirmed up until the day before the event that there were no plans to cancel it. However, based on Governor Kim’s unilateral directive, the cancellation was forced on the day of the event. This decision inflicted significant damage on Shincheonji Church of Jesus and disregarded the tens of thousands of domestic and international participants—a blatant abuse of power.
▎ Issues with Governor Kim Dong-yeon’s Response to the Petition
1. Failure to Provide Legal Basis for the Venue Cancellation
Despite requests for the legal grounds of the cancellation, Governor Kim only referred to general regulations, failing to justify the unprecedented decision to cancel the reservation on the event day. This underscores the illegality and unjust nature of the administrative action.
2. Despite the unprecedented decision to cancel on the day of the event, Gyeonggi Province Governor Kim Dong-yeon failed to transparently disclose the administrative process.
Even after canceling a large-scale event with international attendees on the day of the event, Governor Kim failed to transparently disclose the process and reasons behind the decision. Such administrative actions undermine fairness and deceive the public.
3. Gyeonggi Province Governor Kim Dong-yeon failed to offer an apology or propose compensation to the victims.
Shincheonji Church of Jesus and international attendees suffered immense damage due to the cancellation. However, Governor Kim attempted to downplay the situation with a formal expression of "regret" and made no mention of any compensation plans. This is tantamount to mocking the victims.
This incident is a clear case of religious persecution against the Shincheonji Church of Jesus.
Governor Kim Dong-yeon’s administrative action has lost all sense of fairness and will be remembered in history as an abuse of power that discriminated against a specific religion. His attempt to justify an unjust decision under the pretense of “resident safety” is an insult to the public’s intelligence. We can no longer trust the phrase “resident safety” under these circumstances.
Due to the cancellation, Shincheonji Church of Jesus has suffered financial losses amounting to hundreds of billions of won and irreparable international reputational damage. All these consequences stem from Governor Kim Dong-yeon’s unilateral decision.
We strongly urge Governor Kim Dong-yeon of Gyeonggi Province.
1. Immediately disclose the legal grounds and decision-making process for the cancellation.
2. Issue a formal apology to Shincheonji Church of Jesus and the participants, and propose compensation measures.
3. Prepare measures to prevent the recurrence of administrative discrimination against specific religions.
Governor Kim Dong-yeon’s decision to cancel the event will go down in history as a case of oppression against a specific religion and abuse of administrative power. Stop evading responsibility and restore the constitutional rights to religious freedom and fair governance. Until Governor Kim takes responsibility for the cancellation and demonstrates sincere actions to remedy the damages, we will continue all legal and social responses.

Provincial Assembly Member Seo Sung-ran Reveals in Church Sermon
▎ Governor Kim Dong-yeon, who claimed to "support the free activities of all religions," embarrassed
▎ Shincheonji Church of Jesus: “A blatant violation of the Constitution and the rule of law will be recorded in history”
The Shincheonji Church of Jesus has strongly criticized Gyeonggi Provincial Assembly Member Seo Sung-ran, who boasted during a sermon about her involvement in canceling the church’s “Peace Nuri” event. The church labeled her actions as a clear case of abuse of authority and a violation of the principle of separation of church and state.
On November 27, Seo Sung-ran, in a sermon uploaded to the YouTube channel “Ilsan Gwangrim Church LIVE,” stated that she directly intervened to block the Shincheonji Church of Jesus’s Peace Nuri event in Paju by appealing to major officials, including the Gyeonggi Province Governor and the Chair of the Provincial Assembly. She claimed this as her achievement and justified it from a religious standpoint.
Seo, a pastor-turned-politician, previously served as the Chair of the Christian Council in Uiwang City and as Co-Chair of the Gyeonggi Province Christian Council. According to the sermon video, she delivered the sermon at a Wednesday worship service held at Ilsan Gwangrim Church in Gyeonggi Province on November 27.
In her sermon, Seo mentioned hearing about the Shincheonji Church of Jesus’s planned gathering at Peace Nuri, stating, “I received an order from above to ‘block this.’” She added, “Peace Nuri Park is managed by the Gyeonggi Tourism Organization, which decides whether to approve or deny such gatherings.”
Seo explained that Governor Kim Dong-yeon is an ordained deacon at his church, Assembly Chair Kim Jin-kyung is an elder, and Hwang Dae-ho, Culture, Sports and Tourism Committee Chair of provincial assembly, is a church deacon.
She continued, “I spoke to the Governor (Kim Dong-yeon), then to the Chair of the Provincial Assembly, and finally to the Chair of the Culture, Sports, and Tourism Committee, telling them, ‘This (the Shincheonji Church of Jesus event) must be stopped. Please pray together.’ The Gyeonggi Tourism Organization is under the jurisdiction of the Culture, Sports, and Tourism Committee. It was really just a day before that the event was canceled,” she revealed.
Seo further commented, “I am truly grateful to (the former president of the Christian Council of Goyang City), who provided steadfast support from behind the scenes. It’s not something I could have achieved as a provincial assembly member alone.”
Assembly Member Seo stated, “What I am truly grateful for today at (Ilsan Gwangrim) Church is that our pastor, who is the former president of the Christian Council of Goyang City, provided strong support from behind the scenes. I don’t think this is something I could have accomplished solely as an assembly member.”
Seo’s remarks suggest that she acted under directives from the Gyeonggi Christian community to pressure the Governor, Assembly Chair, and Committee Chair—all Christians—to block the Shincheonji Church of Jesus event.
This constitutes a violation of Article 20 of the Constitution, which guarantees freedom of religion and the separation of religion and politics, as well as Article 42-2 of the Local Civil Service Act, which states that public officials must perform their duties without religious discrimination.
Furthermore, this contradicts previous statements by Governor Kim Dong-yeon and Gyeonggi Province. The province had unilaterally canceled the “Religious Leaders Forum and Graduation Ceremony” event scheduled for October 29 at Paju’s Peace Nuri, citing heightened tensions with North Korea and resident safety concerns.
At the 379th 5th meeting of the Gyeonggi Provincial Council held on the 29th of last month, Gyeonggi Governor Kim Dong-yeon responded to a question from a council member, stating, "The province's action (regarding the cancellation of venue use) was taken to ensure the safety and lives of residents, and it has no relation to religious suppression." He further clarified, "If it were not this (Shincheonji Church of Jesus) organization but any other institution applying for the same venue on the same date with the same scale, the same measures would have been taken. Gyeonggi Province supports the free activities of all religions. I want to emphasize that this is not a matter of religious suppression or an issue targeting any specific religion."
The Shincheonji Church of Jesus criticized Seo’s actions, stating, “A public official’s abuse of authority based on personal religious beliefs is a serious infringement on the constitutional principles of freedom of religion and the separation of church and state.”
The church added, “Seo’s remarks demonstrate that her personal religious beliefs superseded her public duties, raising doubts about her qualifications as a public representative. Mobilizing public officials and administrative power to ostracize a specific religion betrays public trust and undermines fairness.”
Seo also explicitly mentioned the religious affiliations of the Governor, Assembly Chair, and Chair of Culture, Sports and Tourism Committee, claiming their cooperation in canceling the event. This highlights how administrative decisions were influenced by religious interests, raising serious concerns.
The Shincheonji Church of Jesus announced plans for a strong response to prevent further instances of religious discrimination and abuse of authority by public officials. The church demanded full transparency from the Gyeonggi Provincial Government and Assembly regarding the administrative procedures involved in the cancellation.
“This incident will be recorded as a clear violation of the Constitution and the rule of law,” the church stated, pledging to hold those responsible accountable through legal and societal measures.

on Shincheonji's Venue Cancellation
On November 29, at the Gyeonggi Provincial Council, Governor Kim Dong-yeon failed to provide clear justification regarding the cancellation of Shincheonji Church of Jesus’ venue reservation. His statements unjustly targeted a specific religious group, making him vulnerable to criticism for scapegoating Shincheonji. In response, Shincheonji Church of Jesus seeks to correct his misstatements and highlight the injustice of the cancellation.
1. Denial of Religious Suppression
Governor Kim Dong-yeon:
“The cancellation of the venue by Gyeonggi Province was to protect the safety and lives of residents and had nothing to do with religious suppression. The same action would have been taken against any other group.”
Shincheonji Church of Jesus:
Governor Kim claims that the cancellation was to ensure residents’ safety, but he failed to provide any evidence showing how Shincheonji’s event posed a threat to public safety.
If the root cause of the security concerns was the distribution of anti-North Korea leaflets, the focus should have been on stopping those activities rather than canceling Shincheonji’s unrelated event.
Notably, right before Governor Kim decided to cancel the venue, a Protestant group held a rally urging the cancellation of Shincheonji’s event. The sequence of events suggests that the decision to cancel the venue, citing security concerns, was influenced by this rally. By canceling a religious event unrelated to the security issue, Governor Kim appears to have acted in favor of a particular religious faction, incorporating religious bias into his administrative judgment.
There was no valid reason or evidence to justify labeling Shincheonji’s event as a risk. By canceling the event on the day it was scheduled, Governor Kim not only violated Shincheonji’s right to religious freedom but also undermined the constitutional principle of separating religion from politics (Constitution, Article 20, Clauses 1 and 2).
Furthermore, Governor Kim’s assertion that “the same action would have been taken against any other group” is a hypothetical claim unsupported by actual precedents. Such statements fail to convincingly refute allegations of religious suppression and instead raise doubts about administrative impartiality.
2. Designation of Risk Areas and Anti-North Korea Leaflet Distribution
Governor Kim Dong-yeon:
“On October 16, the province designated Paju, Gimpo, and Yeoncheon as risk areas. During the same period when Shincheonji planned its event (October 29-31), the Association of Families of Abductees announced their intent to distribute anti-North Korea leaflets.”
Shincheonji Church of Jesus:
Governor Kim’s attempt to justify the cancellation by citing the October 16 risk area designation is logically flawed. In fact, the designation was part of an administrative order under the Disaster and Safety Management Act to prevent anti-North Korea leaflet activities. The provincial government had the authority to stop such activities directly. However, instead of addressing the actual cause of the security concern (anti-North Korea leaflet distribution), the province unjustly targeted and canceled an unrelated religious event.
If public safety was genuinely at risk, Gyeonggi Province should have suspended all venue reservations in the Imjingak Peace Park area or devised comprehensive measures following the October 16 designation. The lack of such actions, combined with the decision to single out a specific religious event, casts doubt on the province’s commitment to public safety and suggests a politically motivated attempt to gain favor with certain Protestant groups by invoking security concerns.
3. Conflict with the Abductee Family Association
Governor Kim Dong-yeon:
“On the day of Shincheonji’s planned event, clashes occurred involving the Abductee Family Association’s distribution of anti-North Korea leaflets, police, special investigators, and northern residents, which posed a significant risk of conflict. Indeed, clashes occurred on October 30.”
Shincheonji Church of Jesus:
The “clashes” Governor Kim referred to were physical altercations that arose from efforts to prevent the distribution of anti-North Korea leaflets. These incidents had no direct connection to military tensions or security threats involving North Korea. Using terms like “clashes” and “security threats” to create an atmosphere of fear is misleading and diverts attention from the real issues at hand.
Furthermore, the Abductee Family Association had already announced their plans to distribute leaflets on October 24-25, giving Governor Kim ample time to intervene. There was also sufficient opportunity to engage in dialogue with Shincheonji Church of Jesus. However, neither Gyeonggi Province nor the Gyeonggi Tourism Organization mentioned any security concerns to Shincheonji until the day before the event. This indicates that the cancellation was a politically calculated move under the guise of safety concerns.
4. Deflecting Responsibility for the Cancellation
Governor Kim Dong-yeon:
“The responsibility for venue reservations at Imjingak Peace Park lies with the president of the Gyeonggi Tourism Organization. The cancellation was an inevitable measure based on the safety of northern residents and the escalating inter-Korean tensions.”
Shincheonji Church of Jesus:
While claiming that his top priority is the safety of residents, Governor Kim simultaneously shifted responsibility for the cancellation to the head of the Gyeonggi Tourism Organization, demonstrating an unwillingness to take accountability. Although he cited security concerns to justify the cancellation, his statements suggest an underlying fear of legal and public backlash. This deflection of responsibility indicates that the decision was driven by political expediency rather than genuine concern for safety.
Governor Kim also expressed “regret” over the cancellation’s impact but failed to propose any measures for compensation. Given the clear religious discrimination and the resulting harm to Shincheonji Church of Jesus, he should have initiated a dialogue with the church and developed concrete compensation plans.
Instead, the provincial government unilaterally canceled the event without explanation, undermining public trust and exhibiting a lack of administrative integrity. Governor Kim’s response comes across as a defensive strategy to evade accountability for unlawful administrative actions.
Conclusion
Governor Kim Dong-yeon’s explanation for the cancellation of Shincheonji’s venue reservation is riddled with excuses and attempts to deflect responsibility. By ignoring the real security threat posed by anti-North Korea leaflet distribution and succumbing to pressure from Protestant groups, he has revealed his bias by canceling an unrelated religious event.
We call on Governor Kim to stop making incomprehensible excuses and come forward with a sincere apology and specific compensation measures for the members of Shincheonji Church of Jesus who are currently protesting in front of Gyeonggi Provincial Government. If he refuses or continues to evade responsibility, we will pursue all legal and societal avenues to hold him accountable and ensure that he faces the consequences of his actions.

Issue Protest Statement Against Gyeonggi Province’s
Biased Religious Suppression
▎ 1,735 names, including 402 organizations, 758 religious representatives, and 997 notable figures, signed the statement.

Since November 15, members of Shincheonji Church of Jesus, the Temple of the Tabernacle of the Testimony (hereafter referred to as Shincheonji Church), have been holding protests in front of the Gyeonggi Provincial Government and Gyeonggi Tourism Organization. On November 27, religious leaders and opinion leaders gathered in front of the Gyeonggi Provincial Government building to protest.
This gathering aimed to condemn the cancellation of the "Religious Leaders’ Forum and Graduation Ceremony," which was scheduled to take place at Paju Imjingak Peace Nuri last month. The venue was canceled on October 29, the day of the event and one day prior, by the Gyeonggi Tourism Organization. People were gathered to claim violated constitutional rights to religious freedom.
A group of 20 religious leaders, including Christian pastors and Buddhist monks, read a joint protest statement in front of the Gyeonggi Provincial Government building and delivered it to officials.
The joint statement was signed by 402 domestic and international organizations, 758 religious representatives, and 977 prominent figures, amounting to a total of 1,735 signatories.
In their statement, they expressed “deep shock and serious regret” over the cancellation of the event, which was intended to promote peace and commemorate religious freedom, bringing together over 30,000 attendees from 78 countries.
They criticized the unilateral cancellation, pointing out that “event preparations had been conducted lawfully over several months, and even the day before, the Gyeonggi Tourism Organization confirmed there were no plans to cancel.” However, they claimed, “Gyeonggi Province and the Gyeonggi Tourism Organization succumbed to pressure from privileged Christian groups and unilaterally canceled the venue on the day of the event.”
Highlighting the inconsistency, they stated, “While other events at the same location were carried out without issue, the abrupt cancellation of this event clearly demonstrates religious suppression using public authority.” They emphasized that “this biased and arbitrary act of religious suppression caused financial losses amounting to hundreds of billions of won and inflicted significant psychological harm on participants from around the world.”
They accused Gyeonggi Province and the Gyeonggi Tourism Organization of undermining the constitutional guarantee of religious freedom and the principle of separation of church and state through “irresponsible and oppressive actions.” They demanded accountability and called for an official apology.
They further urged, “Gyeonggi Province and the Gyeonggi Tourism Organization must issue a formal apology to domestic and international religious organizations and the global community. Appropriate disciplinary action must also be taken against those responsible to restore the nation’s reputation as a country of law and principles.”
To prevent recurrence, they proposed strengthening fair and transparent venue booking procedures and pre-consultation systems to avoid undue influence from privileged groups.
They also addressed Governor Kim Dong-yeon of Gyeonggi Province, urging him to “take responsibility for the incident and formally apologize to the 30,000 religious leaders and participants from 78 countries who intended to attend the event.”
In conclusion, they stated, “We strongly demand respect for constitutional guarantees of religious freedom and human rights and call for fair treatment of all citizens based on principles and rules. We urge Gyeonggi Province and the Gyeonggi Tourism Organization to take swift and concrete actions.”
A representative from Shincheonji Church added, “Given that religious leaders and opinion leaders recognize the severity of this incident and are calling for an official apology and preventive measures, Governor Kim Dong-yeon, Gyeonggi Province, and the Gyeonggi Tourism Organization must clearly state their position on this matter.”
