[The Correct Understanding of Bible and Shincheonji] Two Kinds of Seeds and Two Kinds of People

[The Correct Understanding of Bible and Shincheonji]
Two Kinds of Seeds and Two Kinds of People

In the religious fields, there are two gods, and depending on whose seed a person has received, there are two kinds of people. Each person who belongs to one of the two gods becomes that god’s possession and dwelling place. (Matt. 13 and 1 Cor. 3:16).

At the First Coming, Jesus sowed God’s seed in His field. Then, the devil came and sowed his own seed on top of it. As a result, both God's seed and the devil's seed were sown together in Jesus' field—that is, the church. However, the weeds born of the devil’s seed were not pulled out right away, because doing so might uproot the wheat born of God’s seed as well. So they were allowed to grow together until the time of the harvest (Matt. 13:29–30).

Jesus said that the harvest time is the end of the age (Matt. 13:39). This harvest time refers to the end of the Christian era, which is the time of the fulfillment of the New Testament—the Book of Revelation (Rev. 6 and 14).

The sowing of seed and the harvest are figurative explanations using the example of farming. At Jesus’ First Coming, it was the time of sowing the seed; at His Second Coming, it is the time of harvest. If you are not harvested at the time of harvest, you cannot receive salvation. Christians, of the two kinds of seeds, by which were you born? And at the time of harvest, have you been harvested?

At the Lord’s Second Coming, Jesus sends His angels to harvest those who were born of God's seed (Matt. 24:29–31). This is explained in Matthew 13 and Revelation 14. Christians, were you born of God's seed? Have you been harvested? Have you been sealed? Have you registered in the promised new kingdom—the 12 tribes? Please check for yourselves. It is for your own sake.

Those who are born of God’s seed are those who are harvested at the time of harvest, those who are sealed, and those who are registered in the promised new kingdom, the 12 tribes. They are also the ones who have not added to or taken away from the Book of Revelation. These are the ones created according to the New Testament Revelation—exactly as it is written. At the time of harvest, which is the time of Revelation’s fulfillment, one must be harvested, sealed, and registered in the 12 tribes in order to welcome the Second Coming of Jesus. Also, one must not add to or take away from Revelation. Anyone who desires salvation must keep these words in mind.

At the time of harvest, which is the time of Revelation’s fulfillment, among the two kinds of seeds, only those who are born of God’s seed—those who belong to God—will be saved. Amen.

[The Correct Understanding of Bible and Shincheonji] Have they not added to or taken away from the Book of Revelation?

[The Correct Understanding of Bible and Shincheonji]
Have they not added to or taken away from the Book of Revelation?

It is written in Revelation 22:18–19 that anyone who adds to or takes away from the Book of Revelation will not enter the Kingdom of Heaven and will receive curses (plagues).

Do the pastors and members of Protestant and Catholic churches truly master the Book of Revelation? Do the false pastors who fabricated lies about the Book of Revelation no longer bear false testimony?"

From what I have seen, all the pastors, theology doctors, and their congregations in traditional churches have added to and taken away from Revelation. Yet, they have labeled Shincheonji—which does fully master Revelation—as heretical. In response, Shincheonji proposed a public Bible exam based on the book of Revelation to Protestant and Catholic churches before the public, but to this day, not a single person has accepted the challenge. If such a public Bible exam were to be held, it would reveal who truly has orthodoxy, who has been created according to the will of God in the New Testament, and who acts according to that will. Protestantism and Catholicism have not mastered Revelation—they have mastered falsehoods. Though they are ignorant of the Word of the Bible, they are number one when it comes to lying. "Pastors, theology doctors—isn't this true?"

After the judgment of the chosen people who betrayed in Revelation 6, those who are not sealed and not registered into the 12 tribes in Revelation 7 are not those born of God's seed, not those harvested, not those sealed, and not those who belong to the promised new kingdom, the 12 tribes.

At the time of the fulfillment of Revelation, those who are not born of God’s seed, not harvested, not sealed, and not registered in the promised 12 tribes are false believers. They are Gentiles who do not belong to the new kingdom and new people of God—the 12 tribes of Shincheonji. The Book of Revelation testifies to this.

Shincheonji was created according to the New Testament Revelation: born of God’s seed, harvested, sealed, and registered in the 12 tribes of the promised new kingdom. Shincheonji does not add to or take away from Revelation and fully masters it. Therefore, we become true believers, God’s family, and live with God in heaven.

Those who have added to or taken away from Revelation have labeled Shincheonji—who fully masters Revelation—as heretical. Can such people truly be called believers? Shincheonji fully masters not only the prophecies of the Four Gospels but also the fulfillment and its realities of the New Testament Revelation. Amen. False believers, look at yourselves through the New Testament, be born again, fully master the book of Revelation, and be reborn as the heavenly people of the new heaven and new earth.

[Shincheonji Volunteer] ‘Hidden Heroes’ Who Braved the Harsh Weather… The 13th Gimpo Hangang Marathon Successfully Concludes

[Shincheonji Volunteer] ‘Hidden Heroes’
Who Braved the Harsh Weather…
The 13th Gimpo Hangang Marathon Successfully Concludes

- Warm Dedication That Defied Hail and Strong Winds – A Story of Volunteer Service by the Gimpo Branch -

On April 13th, the 13th Gimpo Hangang Marathon was held in Gimpo City, drawing over 7,000 participants. Despite the extreme weather conditions, the event concluded successfully — thanks in large part to the quiet but steadfast efforts of dedicated volunteers working behind the scenes.

▎ Shining Through the Storm – Gimpo Branch Volunteers Step Up
That day, hail and strong winds swept through the area, dropping the perceived temperature significantly. Even so, volunteers from the Gimpo Branch of Shincheonji Volunteer Group (led by Director Shin Dong-guk) arrived early in the morning and assisted with the marathon’s operation for over eight hours.

The Gimpo Branch set up hydration stations throughout the marathon course, providing water, drinks, energy bars, and bananas to help prevent symptoms of low blood sugar in runners. Their enthusiastic cheers of “Fighting!” echoed along the course, leaving a warm and lasting impression on many citizens.

▎ Stories of Sincere Volunteers
Volunteer Ms. Oh Mi-sook (50) shared, “Seeing the runners pushing through despite the harsh weather made it easy to cheer them on. This day’s service felt more meaningful and rewarding than ever.”

Meanwhile, Mr. Hwang Young-chan (29), also from the Gimpo Branch, joined the marathon not as a volunteer but as a runner. “Just knowing someone volunteered their time for me is something I’m incredibly grateful for. Running with my wife made the day even more special — it was a memory I’ll cherish.”

▎ Sustainable Volunteering with the Local Community
Shin Hyun-sil, Director of the Gimpo Volunteer Center, expressed her appreciation: “The Gimpo Branch actively supports every major event in our city. They participate regardless of whether it's a weekday or weekend, and their involvement across various age groups provides a tremendous boost to our community.”

A representative from the Gimpo Branch commented, “This was our first time participating in the city’s marathon, making it all the more meaningful. We plan to take part every year from now on.” They emphasized their ongoing commitment to community engagement and providing practical, meaningful help through consistent volunteer work.

Even in the face of stormy weather, the unwavering dedication of the Gimpo Branch volunteers has touched the hearts of many. True volunteerism isn't about grandeur — it's about showing up when it matters most.

[The Correct Understanding of Bible and Shincheonji] The Two Types of Seeds in Matthew 13

[The Correct Understanding of Bible and Shincheonji]
The Two Types of Seeds in Matthew 13

At His first coming, Jesus spoke about two types of seeds (Matthew 13). One is God's seed, and the other is the devil's seed. He also said that God's seed is the word of God (Luke 8:11). Among those who are being persecuted and those who are persecuting others today, who are born of God’s seed, and who are born of the devil’s seed? The answer lies in the New Testament—the four Gospels (prophecies) and the Book of Revelation.

Today, Christians may appear zealous in their faith, but it seems they are practicing faith outside of the New Testament, just like the Jews at the time of the first coming. Therefore, Shincheonji, which is being persecuted as heretical by Catholic and Protestant churches today, has proposed numerous times to hold a Bible test in public based on the book of Revelation to determine who is orthodox and who is heretical. Yet, not a single person has responded so far. Outwardly, they seem to be devout believers, but inside, they are like the hypocrites Jesus described in Matthew 23 — false believers. On the outside, they appear orthodox, but inwardly, they follow heretical faith. They do not have the word of God within them.

Just as the Jews, who were the real heretics at the first coming, labeled Jesus, the true shepherd and Savior, as a heretic, so too today, ignorant, false pastors who have added to and taken away from Revelation are wrongly accusing Shincheonji and the promised pastor of being heretical.

Who is the real heretic? We can find out by testing based on the prophecies in the four Gospels and the Book of Revelation. In this Bible test of the New Testament, Shincheonji can defeat them a thousand or ten thousand times. Please stop spreading false claims. Revelation is now being fulfilled, and the realities have appeared. Even though the truth has been revealed — the word of revelation testifying the fulfilled realities of the New Testament — those who do not believe in it clearly show which seed they have received.

Now is the time of the fulfillment of Revelation. According to its promise, only those who are born of God’s seed, harvested, sealed, registered in the 12 tribes, and have mastered Revelation can be saved. Shincheonji has been created according to the New Testament Revelation and has fully mastered it. It is written in Revelation 22 that those who add to or take away from Revelation will not enter heaven but will receive curses (plague). Let us belong to the 12 tribes of Shincheonji, master Revelation, and enter the kingdom of heaven. Amen.

[The Correct Understanding of Bible and Shincheonji] Fulfillment of the New Covenant Promised Through Blood (Luke 22)

[The Correct Understanding of Bible and Shincheonji]
Fulfillment of the New Covenant Promised Through Blood (Luke 22)

Have today's pastors kept the new covenant that Jesus promised with His blood? Or will you not keep the new covenant, but rather persecute and kill the promised pastor? It was said that even at the Second Coming, just like at the First Coming, the promised pastor would be killed. At both the First and Second Comings (Revelation 11), those who persecuted and killed the promised pastor sent by God and Jesus were the pastors of that time. Then you can understand in whom the enemy, the devil, is at work.

It seems that today’s pastors neither look at nor believe in the New Testament, which is the new covenant. At both the First and Second Comings, those who persecuted and killed the promised pastor were not laypeople, but pastors. Isn’t this the truth? The pastors of the previous era persecuted Jesus, who fulfilled and testified the realities of the Old Testament, and also persecuted the promised pastor, who testifies the fulfillment of the New Testament (the new covenant) fulfilled by Jesus. It is as if pastors are people prepared for persecution. I want to ask the martyrs: who caused martyrs to die? The pastors will know.

Jesus made the new covenant with His blood and said, “I will not drink again of the fruit of the vine (the revealed word) until the kingdom of God comes” (Luke 22:14–20). Today, the members of Shincheonji have been born of God’s seed, harvested, sealed with the revealed word that fulfills the New Testament, and registered in the 12 tribes of the promised new kingdom. This 12 tribes of Shincheonji is the kingdom of God fulfilled on earth today. Those who were not born of God’s seed, were not sealed, not registered in the promised 12 tribes, and who added to or took away from the Book of Revelation, are the pastors who persecuted Shincheonji — even though Shincheonji has mastered the Book of Revelation. In Revelation 7, it is written that only those who are harvested, sealed, and registered in the 12 tribes will be saved.

At this time, the corrupted previous church pastors who added to or took away from Revelation persecuted the sealed 12 tribes of Shincheonji, who have mastered Revelation, calling them heretics. Therefore, Shincheonji proposed a public Bible test before the people to both Protestant and Catholic churches to confirm who the heretics are and who holds the truth. However, they hid and did not respond. Those who were not created according to the New Testament Revelation, who added to or took away from Revelation, are not registered in God’s promised new kingdom, the 12 tribes. The New Testament Revelation promises that only those sealed and registered in the 12 tribes in Revelation 7 will enter God’s new kingdom of heaven. The Catholic and Protestant churches are the old (traditional) churches of the previous era, and as such, were not sealed nor registered in the 12 tribes as stated in Revelation 7, so they cannot enter the kingdom of heaven. This promised word is the word of Jesus.

Being created according to the New Testament Revelation, registered in the 12 tribes, and having mastered Revelation is the fulfillment of the new covenant. Only those who fulfill the new covenant can enter heaven and receive salvation. Why do you not believe the words of the New Testament?

[Shincheonji Volunteer] Shincheonji Volunteer Group Gyeongju Branch Carries Out 'Protect the green nature' Environmental Cleanup Ahead of APEC

[Shincheonji Volunteer] Shincheonji Volunteer Group
Gyeongju Branch Carries Out 'Protect the green nature'
Environmental Cleanup Ahead of APEC

With the 2025 APEC Summit drawing global attention to the city of Gyeongju, local citizens are actively preparing to ensure the success of this significant international event. At the heart of these efforts is the Shincheonji Volunteer Group Gyeongju Branch.

On April 13, the Gyeongju branch of the Shincheonji Volunteer Group carried out their environmental cleanup project, ‘Protect the green nature’, at Hwangseong Park, one of the city’s representative urban healing spaces. Around 70 volunteers participated in the activity, collecting approximately 900 liters of trash along walking trails from the park entrance near the city library to the civic stadium, helping to restore the park's beauty.

▎ What is 'Protect the green nature'?

‘Protect the green nature’ is a regular volunteer campaign organized by the Shincheonji Volunteer Group aimed at preserving the natural environment and protecting cultural assets. This activity is not merely about cleaning but is a meaningful action to pass down a cleaner, greener environment to the next generation.

▎ The Significance of Hwangseong Park and APEC Preparations

Hwangseong Park is one of Gyeongju’s signature urban green spaces, home to over 13,700 trees from 59 species including pines and zelkova trees. It draws numerous domestic and international visitors every year and becomes particularly crowded in April during the Ceramic Festival.

To prepare for the upcoming APEC Summit scheduled for October at Bomun Complex, the Shincheonji Volunteer Group launched this cleanup project not only to improve the park’s appearance but also to leave a positive and welcoming impression of Gyeongju on visitors from around the world.

▎ Shincheonji Volunteer Group’s Heartwarming Steps

Continuing consistent volunteer activities with love for both community and nature, the Shincheonji Volunteer Group has been engaging in volunteer activities. This ‘Protect the green nature’ initiative goes beyond simple cleaning — it marks the first step toward promoting Gyeongju as a clean and hospitable city to its citizens, tourists, and the global community.

With many more community outreach projects to come, the Shincheonji Volunteer Group is expected to continue making a positive impact, one step at a time.

[The Correct Understanding of Bible and Shincheonji] The Tree of Life and the Sealed 12 Tribes Seen in the New Testament Revelation

[The Correct Understanding of Bible and Shincheonji]
The Tree of Life and the Sealed 12 Tribes
Seen in the New Testament Revelation

The sealed 12 tribes are the new nation and new people promised by God, and the tree of life that bears twelve crops of fruit every month is also the new nation and new people of God, the 12 tribes. At the time of Revelation’s fulfillment, the only ones qualified to receive salvation are the sealed 12 tribes promised in the New Testament (Revelation 7, 14). These are the tree of life.

Today, in the era of the New Testament, pastors and theology doctors have read the book of Revelation. Yet they have neither understood nor believed it. God clearly said that anyone who adds to or takes away from this book of Revelation will not enter the kingdom of heaven but receive curses(plague) (Revelation 22:18-19). Since Protestantism and Catholicism have added to and taken away from Revelation, they cannot enter heaven. The only ones who can enter heaven are the sealed 12 tribes of Revelation 7 and 14. Is this not true? Check for yourselves.

At the time of Revelation’s fulfillment, there will be judgment, and this judgment will be based on the words of promise in this book. The only ones who will be saved are the sealed 12 tribes of Revelation 7 and 14. However, those who add to or take away from this book of Revelation will not be saved but will be thrown out of the city. As seen in Matthew 8:11-12, those who are harvested from the east and west will take their seats in the kingdom of heaven, while the subjects of the kingdom will be thrown outside into the darkness, where there will be weeping. Those who are harvested from the east and west and take their seats in heaven are the sealed 12 tribes of Revelation 7 and 14. The subjects(the pastors and congregants of traditional churches) of the kingdom who are thrown outside into the darkness and weep are those who did not believe in Revelation and added to or took away from the book of Revelation. At that time, the pastors and theology doctors of the traditional churches will be cast out because their pride kept them from believing in the new word of promise.

After the events of Revelation 6 (after judging the chosen people who betrayed), those who are harvested and sealed in Revelation 7 and 14 will sit in heaven with God. The pride of pastors and theology doctors will be broken at that time.

Those who have added to, taken away from, or failed to believe in Revelation, and those who are not registered with the 12 tribes, will not be able to enter heaven and will be thrown into the outer darkness where there is weeping. These are the ones who, as prophesied in the four Gospels of the New Testament and in Revelation, have persecuted God's chosen people. Just as people during the First Coming saw the Savior Jesus and still did not believe but persecuted him, today, during the Second Coming, although the promised pastor has come and fully testifies to the Revelation that Jesus fulfilled, people still do not understand and persecute him. This is because the words of the devil’s spirit are blocking their ears. Repent.

At the time of Revelation’s fulfillment, the only ones who will be saved are the sealed 12 tribes of Revelation 7 and 14. Is this not the truth?

The sealed 12 tribes of Revelation chapters 7 and 14 are the tree of life in Revelation 22:1-2 that bears twelve crops of fruit every month, and the leaves of that tree are for the healing of all nations. Amen.

[The Correct Understanding of Bible and Shincheonji] Creation of the New Heaven and New Earth (Shincheonji)

[The Correct Understanding of Bible and Shincheonji]
Creation of the New Heaven and New Earth (Shincheonji)

It is written in Revelation 21 that at the time of the fulfillment of Revelation, the first heaven and the first earth will pass away, and a new heaven and new earth (Shincheonji) will be recreated (Rev 21:1).

It is said that if anyone adds to or takes away from the book of Revelation, they will not enter heaven and will receive curses (plague) (Rev 22:18–19). Christians, have you not added to or taken away from the book of Revelation? Please check for yourselves.

Shincheonji, which has been labeled a heresy by Christians who added to and took away from the book of Revelation, has mastered the New Testament, book of Revelation. So who should be calling whom a heretic? In the past, during the time of the First Coming, the religious leaders of Jerusalem called Jesus a heretic, and now in this time of the Second Coming, the pastors of traditional churches (Catholic and Protestant) are calling Shincheonji—which understands the book of Revelation—a heresy. This is the same ignorant behavior of pastors both in the past and today. Shincheonji has repeatedly proposed a public Bible test based on the New Testament, Revelation to the Catholic and Protestant churches in front of the public to determine who is orthodox and who is heretical, but to this day, not a single person has responded.

Christians today must be born again through the truth. In their current state, not one person is qualified to receive salvation. Repent. Repent. Repent.

Once the fulfillment of Revelation is complete, judgment will come. What will you do if your congregation receives the judgment of hell? If today’s pastors of traditional churches were to take a test on Revelation, what score would they receive? Can they still be allowed into heaven just because they are pastors? Have they not added to or taken away from Revelation? All pastors on earth have added to and taken away from  it. So, is Shincheonji, which has mastered Revelation, the heretic? Or are the Catholic and Protestant churches, which have added to and taken away from the entire book of Revelation, the heresy? Only by abandoning dishonest lies, repenting, humbling oneself, and being reborn can one be saved. As things stand, no one can be saved.

Both Catholicism and Protestantism have added to and took away from the book of Revelation. Therefore, cast off your pride, humble yourselves, and accept the public Bible test. You cannot deceive God and the Bible.

Today, as written in Revelation 21, the first heaven and first earth have passed away, and the new heaven and new earth have been created. The 12 tribes of Shincheonji were created according to the New Testament Revelation and have mastered it. Only those who belong to the 12 tribes of Shincheonji can be saved.

Revelation is the new covenant and promise. The prophecies of this book of Revelation will be fulfilled exactly as they are, without adding to or taking away from it. At the time of the fulfillment of Revelation, the first heaven and first earth pass away  and the new heaven and new earth are recreated, and people are also recreated according to the New Testament Revelation. This will be fulfilled as written in Revelation chapters 6, 7, and 14. At that time, only those who are created according to the New Testament Revelation will survive. The time of the fulfillment of Revelation is like the days of Noah and Lot. At this time, the only refuge is within the New Testament. God and the Bible do not lie. Everyone must repent and enter into the New Testament Revelation to be saved.

When the judgment of Babylon in Revelation 18 is fulfilled, there will be a marriage between spirit and flesh in chapter 19, and, as in chapter 20, the spirits of those who were martyred and the survivors will take part in the first resurrection and live with God in heaven.

[Shincheonji Volunteer] “Worried About Wildfires, So I Took Action” – Clean-Up and Wildfire Prevention Campaign at Mt. Dodeok in Gwangmyeong

[Shincheonji Volunteer] “Worried About Wildfires, So I Took Action” –
Clean-Up and Wildfire Prevention Campaign
at Mt. Dodeok in Gwangmyeong

As the warm spring breeze arrives, outdoor activities become more frequent—but so does the risk of wildfires. In fact, from 2015 to the past 10 years, nearly 46% of all wildfires occurred in March and April. This makes wildfire prevention in spring an issue we can’t afford to overlook.

On March 27, the Shincheonji Volunteer Gwangmyeong Branch took meaningful action to help prevent wildfires and protect the environment by organizing a clean-up campaign at Mt. Dodeok in Gwangmyeong City.

Twenty members of Gwangmyeong Church participated in the event, cleaning up a 1.5km section of trail from the mountain entrance to a path frequently used by local residents. For nearly three hours, volunteers collected trash and dried leaves, working hard to create a cleaner and safer forest environment.

After the clean-up, the volunteers held signs displaying wildfire prevention guidelines and conducted a public awareness campaign for hikers. The signs included messages such as:

ㆍ No illegal trash burning

ㆍ No smoking and proper disposal of cigarette butts

ㆍ Report wildfires immediately when spotted

Ms. Song Myeong-ae (64, Gwangmyeong 7-dong), one of the participants, shared, “This year, I saw so many wildfire reports on the news that I started to feel really concerned. Realizing that a small mistake can lead to major damage motivated me to take part in this clean-up. I want to keep volunteering to help prevent wildfires.”

Mr. Ji Sang-ho, Deputy Branch Manager of the Gwangmyeong branch, also said, “Hearing about recent wildfire damages made me realize how important prevention is. I felt this campaign was especially meaningful because even a small effort can have a big impact. I’m grateful we could contribute, and we plan to continue local clean-up efforts.”

This volunteer event was not only about cleaning the mountain—it was a powerful opportunity to share the importance of wildfire prevention with the community. As we head into spring, let’s all take small steps to ensure safe and enjoyable hikes for everyone.

[The Correct Understanding of Bible and Shincheonji] God’s Promise – The Prophecy and Fulfillment of Revelation (Creation of the 12 Tribes)

[The Correct Understanding of Bible and Shincheonji]
God’s Promise – The Prophecy and Fulfillment of Revelation
(Creation of the 12 Tribes)

The book of Revelation is the blueprint for the recreation of a new heaven and new earth after the first heaven and first earth pass away (Rev. 6-7 and 21). The members of Shincheonji are those who have been harvested from the churches of today and have become part of the 12 tribes of Shincheonji by being sealed with the word of Revelation. Therefore, those who are sealed in Shincheonji can overcome anyone in this world in the test of the prophecy and fulfillment of the book of Revelation, the New Testament. Please verify this for yourself.

Revelation 22 states that anyone who adds to or takes away from the book of Revelation cannot enter heaven and will receive curses (plagues). However, the pastors, theology doctors, and believers of Protestantism and Catholicism have all added to and taken away from Revelation. Thus, Protestant and Catholic believers cannot enter heaven.

If pastors and theology doctors from Protestantism and Catholicism were to take a test based on Revelation against the members of Shincheonji, this statement would be proven true. Shincheonji has repeatedly proposed open Bible exams, but Protestant and Catholic churches have not accepted the challenge; instead, they have only barked from behind. How then can they have the right to label others as heretical?

Whether one is true and orthodox or false and heretical can be confirmed through an open Bible test based on the book of Revelation, the New Testament. No one can defeat Shincheonji in the book of Revelation exam. Shincheonji has overcome the world with the truth. Amen. Hallelujah. Please verify this for yourself.

Today, the prophecy of the book of Revelation, God’s promise, has been fulfilled and its reality has appeared—that is, the newly created 12 tribes of Shincheonji, God’s new kingdom and new people. The 12 tribes of Shincheonji were created according to Revelation, and because they fully master Revelation, they can enter the kingdom of heaven. Amen.

[Shincheonji Volunteer] A Small but Strong Helping Hand: The Warm Sharing of the Shincheonji Volunteer

[Shincheonji Volunteer] A Small but Strong Helping Hand:

The Warm Sharing of the Shincheonji Volunteer

On February 28, the Shincheonji Volunteer Gangdong Branch (led by Director Sang-hoon Lee) carried out a meaningful volunteer activity in collaboration with the Gangdong-gu Disabled Association. This initiative, called the 'Pinky Finger' Housing Environment Improvement Project, took place in Cheonho 2-dong, Gangdong-gu, and aimed to support a household where a resident had been admitted to a facility for alcohol addiction treatment.

The 'Pinky Finger' volunteer activity was launched with the goal of breaking down barriers between people with and without disabilities and fostering unity through love. Just as a pinky finger symbolizes trust in a promise, this initiative strives to bring about positive changes within the local community.

This particular volunteer activity was organized at the request of the Gangdong-gu Disabled Association. During the ‘Beautiful senior, Bravo life!’ at a hairdressing volunteer event on the 20th, Director Bang Sung-sook of the Gangdong-gu Disabled Association requested assistance from the Shincheonji Volunteer,, leading to an immediate collaboration.

The household in need had no legal guardian and had entered a facility for alcohol addiction treatment. In response, the Gangdong Branch and the Gangdong-gu Disabled Association joined forces to clean and organize the interior and exterior of the home, creating a clean living environment. A total of nine volunteers from the Gangdong Branch and six from the Gangdong-gu Disabled Association participated in cleaning both inside and outside the house and collecting trash.

A local resident passing by the volunteer site shared the joy and said, "I was worried because I hadn’t seen the person who used to be drunk and sleeping on the street. I’m relieved to hear they are receiving treatment. I’m truly grateful." Additionally, Kim Eun-ja, a volunteer from the Gangdong Branch, said, "We were energized by each other and laughed while cleaning. I feel ten years younger. This volunteer work is truly my calling."

A representative from the Gangdong Branch stated, "Nowadays, social isolation is increasing, and issues related to alcohol and drug addiction are on the rise. In this situation, it is rewarding to see how collaboration can bring about positive changes. We hope to continue creating a warm and caring community through ongoing efforts."

These small but meaningful gestures come together to build a warmer community. We look forward to the continued acts of love and service by the Shincheonji Volunteer.
