[Shincheonji] 2024 Shincheonji’s Bible Seminars by Continent: Asia Ⅰ
“It is my mission of (Chairman Man Hee Lee) to convey what I saw and heard (of the events of the book of Revelation from chapters 1 to 22). I am conveying to you what I have seen, heard, touched, its reality. Now is a different time than saying ‘amen’ to anything. In fact, you need to know the era of reality. Today is an era in which promises have bee fulfilled.”
A lecture hall in the Philippines. At first glance, applause poured out in the spacious lecture hall where thousands of people were seated. A powerful voice and confident lecture that are hard to believe coming from someone with a small build who is over 90 years old, and expressions that are easy for even a child to understand. In an instant, the scene heated up. The person who created this was Man Hee Lee, chairman of Shincheonji Church of Jesus, The Temple of the Tabernacle of the Testimony (Shincheonji Church of Jesus).
◆Chairman Lee introduces himself like the prophets
On the 20th, Chairman Lee visited the Philippines. This is the 12th visit to the Philippines since his first visit in 2013.
On this day, Chairman Lee visited the Philippines as the first start of the ‘2024 Shincheonji Bible Seminar by continent: Asia Ⅰ’. The lectures will begin with Asia (Ⅰ), then visit Europe, Africa, America, and Oceania throughout the year, ending with Asia (Ⅱ). Shincheonji Church of Jesus organized this seminar in response to the explosive response and earnest requests from numerous pastors and believers around the world for the 'Shincheonji Revelation Seminar'.
While the lecture hall, which can accommodate 4,000 people, was packed with people, Chairman Lee first introduced himself and the reason why he began his faith. It gave the impression that the writers who recorded the Bible first introduced their own era and genealogy before the content in the book.
According to Chairman Lee's introduction, he was born in Cheongdo-gun, Gyeongsangbuk-do in 1931. Due to the effects of World War II, Korea fell under Japanese colonial rule, and as the Korean War continued, he experienced the tragedy of fratricidal war as a combat soldier on the front lines. He said that he prayed to God every evening, because he came back from a place where even a single blade of grass could not survive, as he was bombarded by both friend and enemy forces.
Afterwards, under the guidance of the star (great light), he made a blood promise to God and entered the path of faith. After that, under the guidance of a star(a big light), he made a promise to God in blood and started to practice his faith. After that, at the instruction of a star, he lived a life of faith at a church with seven shepherds. But after seeing their corruption, he returned to his hometown and participated in the Saemaul Movement for seven years.
After that, he met a spirit in heaven and returned to a life of faith. Initially, worship service was held on the mountain, and after hearing the revealed word received that Chairman Lee received, congregation was flocked to and reached its present Shincheonji Church of Jesus.
◆ “Jesus made a person testify who have seen the entire chapters of Revelation”
Chairman Lee also revealed the direct reason for testifying the revealed word.
He said, “Jesus showed and fed to one person the entire chapters of the book of Revelation from chapter 1 to 22. This one person will tell the entire events of what he saw and heard up to chapter 22.”
He then emphasized again that “Only one person saw Revelation chapters 1 to 22. Jesus fulfilled what he prophesied, when it was fulfilled, it was no Jesus who testify. Jesus told the one who saw to testify it to the churches.” citing Revelation 22:16 and 8.
In Revelation 22:16, it is written that Jesus is sending 'my messenger' for the churches, and in verse 8, the one who saw and heard the events in the entire chapters of Revelation is referred to as 'I, John.'
Chairman Lee said, “There is a time when it is prophesied, and there is a time when it is fulfilled. When it does happen, you will believe. So, that is why it is told now before. I traveled around the world preaching with the thought, ‘I should tell everyone about all of this, I shouldn’t keep it to myself. I traveled around the world testifying 32 times to convey what I saw and heard.”
◆“You must check the reality and be sealed to enter heaven.”
In addition, Chairman Lee affirmed that this era is ‘the time when the Book of Revelation is fulfilled.’
Chairman Lee said, “The world is in a deep sleep and does not know whether God’s book of Revelation is fulfilled or not,” and declared, “More than half of the Book of Revelation has been fulfilled.”
Chairman Lee continued, “Now is the time that you don’t say amen tk any word. We need to know the era of reality. This is an era in which promises have been fulfilled. In the Book of Revelation, a beast with 7 heads and 10 horns and seven stars also appear. The purpose is to know how these actually appear. When God records that these kinds of people will appear, He lets you see, hear and believe it when they appear today.”
Chairman Lee mentioned Revelation 22:18-19 and emphasized several times that if you add to or subtract from the Book of Revelation, you will not be able to enter heaven. He said, “You need to know everything. Even if you know everything, it is difficult to put it into practice. However if you do not know, you will lose hope,” raising awareness about faith.
Chairman Lee also said that if you want heaven and eternal life, you must go to the ends of the world to find out whether it is reality fulfilled according to the Bible. Faith is not something you do for the sake of making money. It is not the time to practice faith with the mind of the past. You need to check. You have to check whether you believe it or not.”.
He also emphasized again that we must master the Book of Revelation and be sealed as if stamping a seal.
Chairman Lee gave an answer, saying “Why would it be written in Revelation 22:18-19 that if you add or subtract from it, you will not be able to enter heaven and will be cursed? Because these words are fulfilled as if stamping a seal.”
Chairman Lee emphasized saying “We must engrave the Word in our hearts and become a ‘walking Bible’ and a ‘walking flesh of the Word’. These people become those who are sealed and be saved in Chapter 7 of Revelation. There is no word that no one other than the 144,000 who are sealed and a great multitude in white can be saved. Those who are not sealed become like lumps of dust and have nothing to do with it. Only those who are sealed can go to heaven. Those who are sealed can live in heaven, have an eternal life, and live as a family of God, but those who are not sealed have nothing to do with God.”
Chairman Lee said to the locals, “I have a deep relationship with the Philippines. The Philippines was the first place I came to testify after receiving the word. “I felt happy in my heart, just like my country or my family. “I have affection for the Philippines.”
In fact, the Philippines has maintained a relationship with Chairman Lee for over ten years. Regardless of his faith, Chairman Lee visited the Philippines as a representative of Heavenly Culture, World Peace, Restoration of Light (HWPL), and mediated the peace agreement in Mindanao which had been in conflict for over 40 years as a private international organization, and peace was established in the area thereafter. This news received worldwide attention.
Meanwhile, Shincheonji Church of Jesus held an online Bible seminar, shocking the world's religious community even during the COVID-19 pandemic in 2021 when the borders of each country were blocked. As exchange requests poured in from other denominations that had heard the revealed words of Shincheonji Church of Jesus, an MOU for word exchange was signed with 443 churches in Korea and 9,462 churches in 77 countries overseas. In particular, 1,382 churches in 38 overseas countries changed their church signs to Shincheonji Church of Jesus, The Temple of the Tabernacle of the Testimony after the exchange of words.
Shincheonji Church of Jesus said, “Due to the explosive response and earnest requests from numerous pastors and believers around the world for the Shincheonji Seminar of Revealed Word, we have decided to hold the ‘2024 Shincheonji Bible Seminar by Continent’, starting with Asia (Ⅰ) on April 20. The Bible Seminar is scheduled to be held throughout Europe, Africa, America, Oceania, and Asia (Ⅱ) throughout the year. These seminars will be broadcast live on YouTube in multiple languages so that anyone around the world can watch it.”.
