[Shincheonji Bible Seminar for Pastors] “Now is the era of Revelation”… Pastors also acknowledge
“In fact, it seems that Shincheonji has been persecuted and misunderstood a lot.”
“Ah, these words are true! I felt."
“Is it because he realized it through the Holy Spirit and ‘testifies’ the word that came down from heaven? Shincheonji’s words are truly different.”
“I am looking forward to this as it will be an opportunity to accurately convey the systematic education method of the Shincheonji Church and the true meaning of the Bible.”
Pastors' interest in the 'Testimony on the Fulfilled Realities of Revelation' from the Shincheonji Church of Jesus, The Temple of the Tabernacle of the Testimony (Shincheonji Church of Jesus, Chairman Man Hee Lee) is intense. After the Bible Seminars were held in Ulsan and Busan in January of this year, there was a flood of requests from pastors to hold additional seminars. Accordingly, Shincheonji Church of Jesus held another Bible seminar in five months, where hundreds of pastors from all over the country gathered to hear the testimony on the fulfilled realities of Revelation, transcending religious body and denominations.
On the 8th, Shincheonji Church of Jesus held the 'Testimony on the Fulfilled Realities of Revelation’ for pastors at the Shincheonji Peace Training Center in Cheongpyeong, Gyeonggi-do. A total of 450 people, including 250 pastors, attended this seminar.
This Bible seminar was held at the request of pastors. The reason why pastors come forward and request the Bible seminar is because ‘interest from surrounding pastors is increasing.’ Unlike existing denominations that prohibited interaction with Shincheonji, word of mouth is spreading among pastors that 'Shincheonji's words are the truth,' and the number of pastors who say 'I will listen too' is increasing.
An official from Shincheonji Church of Jesus also said, “Active and close exchanges are taking place with overseas pastors. With domestic pastors, prejudices are being resolved and an atmosphere of harmony centered on the Word is being formed quite quickly.”
The revealed word testified by Man Hee Lee, Chairman of Shincheonji Church of Jesus, is provided as a curriculum of revelation theology Bible education course at the Zion Christian Mission Center, which opened in 1990. There are 610 locations around the world (328 domestic and 282 overseas), and it is possible to learn not only through face-to-face but also online lectures. The teaching focuses on ‘the Word testifying promised prophecies in the New Testament and its fulfilled realities of (words of revelation)'.
Since last year, Shincheonji Church of Jesus has been holding Bible Seminars under the title of 'Testimony on the Fulfilled Realities of Revelation' for pastors. Chairman Lee gives lectures, testifying realities in which the prophecy of the Book of Revelation has been fulfilled.
The Book of Revelation is considered one of the most difficult problems that many scholars have tried to solve for 2,000 years but have not been able to solve. However, Chairman Lee became a hot topic among religious fields and pastors by giving unobstructed testimony about the order of events in the Book of Revelation and the characters hidden in parables.
Pastors who have experienced the fulfilled realities of the prophecy of Revelation are reaching out to Shincheonji Church of Jesus.
In July 2021, the first MOU was signed with a church in Tanzania, and as of June 5 this year, a total of 12,538 churches in 83 countries signed an MOU as of overseas churches.
As of last May, 646 MOUs were signed with domestic churches. Among these, 1,341 churches in 41 countries, starting with Uganda in Africa in January 2023, changed their church signs to 'Shincheonji Church of Jesus, The Temple of the Tabernacle of the Testimony.' As of the graduation ceremony held in November last year, 6,274 pastors had completed the Zion Christian Mission Center course.
At the Bible Seminar on this day, when Chairman Lee appeared, the sounds of ‘click’ were heard from all over. It was a sound that pastors were constantly taking pictures of Chairman Lee with their smartphones. As Chairman Lee's lecture began, the pastors started to listen. Some of them seemed busy taking notes.
After testifying how he began to practice faith, how he met Jesus, prophecy of the Book of Revelation and what he saw and heard from the moment he came to faith and testifying in detail about the prophecies and fulfillment events in the Book of Revelation as he saw and heard about its fulfilled realities, chairman Lee said, “The Book of Revelation has been fulfilled, and I am testifying the reality according to what I saw. It says that if you add to or subtract from the Book of Revelation, you can't enter heaven and will be cursed. I am conveying this message because you must not add to or subtract from it."
Chairman Lee said that we must know the facts of the Bible and not make any mistakes. He also said, “You must know that salvation lies in the 12 tribes of Shincheonji. It is not the words of man, but is recorded in the Bible.”
He urged pastors to have dialogue. Chairman Lee said, “We are believers written in the Bible, so we must practice faith according to the Bible. We should not fight when we believe in God and the Bible. We should meet and talk to each other so that who is speaking incorrectly. It is the same Bible and the same God. We must follow what the Word says. Instead of believing in nonsense, we must be created according to the Word. We have to think about how each verse of the Bible relates to this passage? It will be an honor to Jesus and God to be united in the Word.".
Mr. A, who has lived a religious life for 40 years as a church elder, said, “I have been to many churches here and there for 40 years, but none of the pastors preached from the Book of Revelation. I was surprised by Chairman Lee, testifying not only the prophecies of Revelation but also its realities in a substantive, systematic and logical manner. Pastors not only in Korea but also around the world need to learn this kind of sermon. This is the first time I have heard such a sermon in my 40 years of religious life. So I plan to speak to many pastors around me about testimony on the fulfillment of the Book of Revelation and personally learn deeply about it."
Mr. B, a pastor from the Presbyterian Church, said, “As a pastor for 40 years, I have held positions at the General Assembly and run a church, but I admit that I did not teach and neglected the Book of Revelation. Through this lecture, it gave me an opportunity to reflect on the reality I faced. I felt that it was now the era of the Book of Revelation. I think the number of pastors joining Shincheonji will increase significantly in the future. I think the image of Shincheonji has been bad through Christian media such as CBS. I hope that the misunderstandings can be resolved through dialogue.”
◆ Who is Chairman Man Hee Lee?
Chairman Man Hee Lee, who represents the Shincheonji Church of Jesus, is a descendant of the royal family, the second son of King Taejong of the Joseon Dynasty, the 19th generation of Prince Hyoryeong, the older brother of King Sejong.
He was born on September 15, 1931 in Cheongdo, Gyeongsangbuk-do. After his grandfather had a 'dream in which his daughter-in-law's stomach was filled with light', Man Hee which has a meaning of 'complete light 'became his name because he was born as the light of heaven'.
Chairman Lee grew up praying toward heaven in a large field from a young age, following his grandfather, who prayed every morning and evening. After seeing a large star for three days in a row, he met a spirit from heaven, and after swearing in blood to 'be loyal and filial to God,' he entered the path of full-fledged faith. After hearing a voice from heaven telling him to go to the Temple of the Tabernacle which was a new denomination at the time, he joined the church and served as a worker. He saw and pointed out corruption in the Temple of the Tabernacle and received a threat to his life. He urged repentance through letters to the The Temple of the Tabernacle, saw and heard the fulfillment of the prophecies in the Book of Revelation, received and ate the revealed book, and testified as a messenger for the churches as recorded in Revelation 22:16.
Afterwards, the corrupted The Temple of the Tabernacle changed its name to the Presbyterian Church, and Chairman Lee founded the Shincheonji Church of Jesus, The Temple of the Tabernacle of the Testimony, together with those who had been victorious. Shincheonji Church of Jesus celebrates its 40th anniversary this year, and is showing rapid growth, with hundreds of thousands of people joining the church each year through graduation ceremonies at home and abroad.
Chairman Lee said, “It was Jesus who sent these messages to the churches to testify. My mission is only to convey this to pastors. I must testify to Jesus and do God’s work, Please check the Words I convey with the Bible.".
