Shincheonji Church(Chairman Lee Man Hee) wishes for an end to the new coronavirus infection (Corona 19) around the world and holds an online prayer meeting for the government, medical staff, patients, survivors, and citizens who are focusing their efforts on quarantine.

The Shincheonji Church of Jesus suggested that all the religious people who share their will join with a unified heart at the “3rd Global Allied Prayer Meeting,” held non-face-to-face at 3 pm (Korean time) on the 15th. 

It will be broadcast live on the official YouTube channel of Shincheonji Church and all congregation from domestic and foreign participated. 

In addition, anyone wishing to end Corona 19, a world religion, could participate.

This prayer meeting, at the suggestion of Chairman Man Hee Lee, was prepared to end Corona 19 in the global village along with the development of effective and rapid treatments ahead of a large-scale plasma donation of 4,000 cures for Corona 19 at Shincheonji Church. In particular, it was meant to overcome the crisis by transcending each denomination and religion by taking the lead in a disaster. Furthermore, to overcome the Corona 19 disaster, it has meaning to cross the wall of denominations and religions and to pray as one of all religious people.

Chairman Man Hee Lee proposed an online prayer meeting saying "Too many people are suffering from Corona 19, especially in February, many infections occurred in the church, and the members and citizens also suffered a lot. We must proactively pray to God for the end of Corona 19 and for the nation and the people. In addition, as the world is suffering from Corona 19, all religious people from all over the world should come together to get over disaster.

 

In addition, Chairman Lee stressed "To prevent the congregation from becoming infected with Corona 19, even if the closure of church facilities is lifted, do not conduct face-to-face worship or meetings. Quarantine measures and management of congregations must be taken. 

Earlier, from the beginning of the spread of Corona 19 in this February, Shincheonji church has been praying for the end of the coronavirus, the safety of officials from the quarantine authorities and medical staff, and the healing of patients at each service.

An official from Shincheonji Church said "Corona 19 hit the world and many people lost precious lives. What can our religious people do for patients and their families suffering from the ongoing threat of life to overcome COVID-19 and for people including the people who fight for Coronavirus, government quarantine and medical staff and volunteers.

In addition, an official from Shincheonji Church said "The intention is to pray with all members of the congregation for a more rapid development of treatment and an end to Corona 19 ahead of the donation of plasma to the 3rd group with 4,000 cure members participating. We will do everything we can with a responsible attitude until the end of the COVID-19 outbreak."

Earlier, on September 2nd and 16th, the 1st and 2nd prayer meetings were held at the proposal of Chairman Man Hee Lee.

Meanwhile, Shincheonji Church has been conducting non-face-to-face online worship services since February 18th.
