painting mural on aging wall

Shincheonji volunteer Kang Dong branch(manager Jo Dae Won) has created murals on an aging wall that hinders sight.

Shincheonji volunteer Kang Dong branch conducted volunteer activities of 'Wall Painting' at an alley in Seoul Kang Dong Gu Cheon Ho 3Dong from June 27 to July 1. 9 volunteers participated in this volunteer work. It was carried out in compliance with safety rules for the prevention of coronavirus infection (Corona 19), such as wearing masks and hand disinfection.

The alley had a shady atmosphere with underdeveloped walls and damaged asphalt roads. In response,  Shincheonji volunteer Kang Dong branch painted children playing brightly on a 15-meter-long wall to improve the alley scenery. It was designed  to blend in with surrounding environments such as trees and windows.

Mrs. Lee who lives nearby thanked the volunteer group saying "The alley was dark and scary, so the residents didn't go there very often. But, the mural is painted. so I think we can go around often because it's bright and pretty."

The officials of Shincheonji volunteer Kang Dong branch said "At a time when everyone is tired of the prolonged covid-19, we will continue to serve and work to help citizens gain even a little vitality."
