※ Characteristic : Maintain life

1) Kinds of Food

■ Physical food

Beneficial things : health, maintain life

Harmful things : disease, cause of death

■ Spiritual food

Food of God : Life

Food of Satan : Death

2) Food of God(Spiritual Food)

■ Isaiah 55:1-3 The one who are thirsty → waters(wine, milk)

                         Your soul may live!

                         Figurative Food : Word

■ John 6:48-51 Jesus = Flesh of life

:53-55 Flesh and blood of Jesus → Eternal life

:63 The word of Jesus → Life

:68 The words for eternal life

■ Matthew 6:11 Today : Daily bread : PrayO

                                      Spiritual food : Ask

:31-32 What shall eat, drink : Pray X

                                      Physical food : Ask X

※ Famine

■ Amos 8:11 Foodㆍwater X → not a famine of food of a thirst for water X

Word of God : hearing X (Spiritual famine)

■  At the Second Coming of the Lord ‘food at the proper time’ which the saints must eat

■  ‘Faithful and wise servant’ who hands out this food

The word to testify prophecy and its fulfilled reality(Open word)

Food of Satan = Untruth(footnote) 

= fruit of a tree of the knowledge of good

Yeast = word of lesson of Jesus

 

■ At the Second Coming of Jesus : True shepherd = Messenger of Jesus

Yeast = word of lesson testified by 

the messenger of Jesus

◆ Conclusion

1. Food of God : the word of truth

2. Food of Satan : the word of untruth

3. ‘Food at the proper time’ at the Second Coming of Jesus : Matthew 24 and word to testify prophecy of Revelation and its fulfilled reality(Open word)

4. Faithful and wise servant : Promised pastor who testifies open word

5. Yeast of God : Lesson of God changing us in God’s image and being reborn(truth)

6. Yeast of Satan : Untruth being altered in devil’s image

If you are the saints longing for heaven, let’s try to the new self in order to reach heaven being changed by the yeast of God eating the true word of food at the proper time and meeting a faithful and wise servant promised in the New Testament.
