The Figurative Fire, Censer, and Pot

"Judgment of fire = Nuclear War?"

In the process of conducting 'Testimony on the Parables of the Secrets of Heaven and Their True Meanings' seminar by Shincheonji Church of Jesus, The Temple of the Tabernacle of the Testimony (Shincheonji Church of Jesus, Chairman Man Hee Lee) since the beginning of this year, lecturer Jun Lee of the Simon Tribe gave a lecture on the 27th, entitled 'The Figurative Fire, Censer, and Pot', lesson 7 out of 23 lessons of Zion Christian Mission Center's introductory course.

Lecturer Lee Jun first explained, “The meaning of the figurative fire is the word, the censer is a person, and the pot is the church. Incense is the prayers of the saints, the smoke of incense is prayer being conveyed."

Lecturer Lee said, “The reason fire is the ‘word’ is because it has a character that is burning something and extinguishing. The word of God burns out evil and extincts, or the word like fire becomes law and judges people who have sinned(Jeremiah 23:29)”

He continued, “The fact that Jesus came to throw fire on the earth 2,000 years ago means that he came to deliver the word of God, which is compared to fire, to the hearts of those who are compared to the earth (Luke 12:49). Those who believe in the words with their hearts will be baptized with 'fire baptism' which sin is pardoned. On the other hand, those who do not believe in words will be judged by this words. 

In addition, he emphasized "Many people interpret the prophecy of 'fire judgment' in the last days, such as 'nuclear war' and 'World War III', but they are misinterpreting because they interpret literally. It means that people are judged by the word of Jesus(John 12:48).” 

Also, he said, “The reality of the censer containing fire at the first coming is Jesus. Just as an angel filled a censer with fire and poured it out on the earth, there is a true shepherd like a censer who received the fire of the word at the Second Coming (Revelation 8:5). 

Lecturer Lee asserted, “The true shepherd like a censer today is the 'overcomer' who has received the hidden manna as Jesus promised (Revelation 2:17). All believers in the global village must find a overcomer, a true shepherd so that they can receive the word of truth.” 

He added, “Today is the time to tell plainly about my Father since what Jesus said in parables, as Jesus promised, has been fulfilled as a reality, I hope you realize the secret of heaven hidden in parables and become the people of heaven recognized by God."
