Shincheonji Volunteer Masan Branch, participated in 'emergency blood donation' at the request of Gyeongnam Blood Center
This event, held at Changwon NC Park, was prepared by Gyeongnam Blood Center asking the Masan branch of Shincheonji Volunteer for cooperation in blood donation in the winter season when blood is scarce.
On this day, one member said, “I found out through the media that supply and demand of blood is difficult. I am proud to be able to save lives and exert a good influence through blood donation in difficult times.”
A citizen who participated in blood donation said, “I was grateful for my health condition to be able to donate blood and I was grateful that I could be of help to someone.”
An official from Gyeongnam Blood Center said, “We are grateful that many people have participated despite the urgent request for blood donation in a busy life.”
The Shincheonji Volunteer has been continuously donating blood since before COVID-19, and in particular, Shincheonji Youth Volunteer draw a great deal of attention by participating in the 'Life ON' blood donation campaign held to mark the launch of WeAreOne, Shincheonji Youth Volunteer.
In addition, along with the blood donation event, the Masan branch donated pet plants to the Gyeongnam Blood Center on the 23rd of last month through the 'the more the better' activity, an emotional healing service using pet plants.
Meanwhile, the Masan branch of the Shincheonji Volunteer has been steadily carrying out various volunteer activities, such as river purification campaigns, pet plant activities of healing sharing companion, aesthetic volunteer service for the disabled, and mural painting service.
