A place of communication is opened for gospel exchange between pastors in the metropolitan area
A place of communication was arranged for pastors in the metropolitan area, and an active exchange of the gospel was taken place.
The John Tribe of Shincheonji Church of Jesus, The Temple of the Tabernacle of the Testimony that is in charge of the southern area of Seoul-Gyeonggi (Shincheonji John Tribe, tribe leader Lee Ki-won) held the 2nd Winners Club Pastors Forum at the DS Convention in Suwon-si, Gyeonggi-do on the 24th.
Shincheonji John Tribe organized the Winners Club with the goal of mutual growth with pastors and churches in the region and is engaging in active and diverse communication, including gospel exchange, communication of religious flow, and sharing pastoral experience.
On this day, a pastor's forum for gospel exchange was held, with the theme of 'Communication through the Bible', and they had a time to exchange only through the Bible, regardless of religious body or denomination.
With about 100 pastors in attendance, two pastors from the Presbyterian Church and Lee Ki-won from John Tribe of Shincheonji gave a presentation on 'The Tree of Life, the Tree of Good and Evil, the Fruit of the tree of life, and the Fruit of of the tree of knowledge of good and evil.'
After all the presentations were over, tribe leader Lee expressed his gratitude to the attendees. He said, “Religious body or denomination is not important. I believe that we are one because the Bible is one and God, Jesus is one. In the end, the path of faith is the path of the Word. If the word is true, I think it’s right to admit it. If what the pastors say is true, we will learn and follow it. I hope we can create time to exchange words with more people in the future.”.
The pastors who attended agreed that it was a time where they could teach and learn better truth from each other.
Pastor Lim from Full Gospel Church said, “I attended because I wanted to learn more about this topic, the tree of life and the tree of knowledge of good and evil, and it was very helpful. It was a place where I could share what I knew and what I didn’t know. I really liked the forum’s purpose, returning to the Word and becoming one within it, and I was very moved. I would like to give a presentation at the next forum.”.
Pastor Kim from the Baptist Church said, “It is true that I was hesitant because it was an event hosted by Shincheonji. However, when I actually heard the words of Shincheonji, there was nothing that was different from the Bible and was very new. Rather, after listening to the words of Shincheonji, the scattered words were organized. I think it will be of great help to the ministry. I want to regularly attend forums and interact with Shincheonji.”
An official from John Tribe of Shincheonji said, “We will continue to provide both material and spiritual support so that the churches of pastors that are with us can spread the scent and light of Christ in the local community.”
Meanwhile, as of August, there are 8,765 churches in 80 countries around the world that have signed an MOU for word exchange with Shincheonji Church of Jesus. 1,263 churches in 33 countries have voluntarily applied for the denomination of Shincheonji Church of Jesus, and about 2,800 pastors at home and abroad are learning the revealed words.
