[Busan] 2024 Shincheonji's Bible Seminar

▎ Bible Seminar held in Busan... Attendee pastors said, “I want to learn the Word and spread the gospel to the world.” 

▎ The second Bible Seminar was held under the title of ‘Testimony on the Fulfilled Realities of Revelation’ at the Andre Training Center in Busan

▎ Over 1,800 people including pastors participated… proving the heat

The second seminar was held in Busan this year under the title of ‘Testimony on the Fulfilled Realities of Revelation’. Pastor A, who has been a missionary abroad for about 20 years said “Hearing that I had to change myself first made me reflect on myself. In the future, I want to learn the words of Shincheonji Church of Jesus more deeply and preach the gospel first to pastors and then to the world.”

 

The Busan James and Andrew tribe of Shincheonji Church of Jesus, The Temple of the Tabernacle of the Testimony held a Bible Seminar with pastors, seminarians and Busan citizens at the main auditorium on the 6th floor of Busan and Andrew Training Center at noon on the 20th. There were not enough seats for both events held in Ulsan and Busan, so attendees stood in the hallways to listen to the lectures.

This Bible Seminar was prepared at the request of pastors in the Gyeongsangdo area from last year. A total of 1,800 people attended, including 100 pastors from the Busan area.

Pastor B, who had 20 years of pastoral experience and attended the abible Seminar that day, said, “Chairman Lee’s words, ‘Let’s work together for good,’ touched my heart. Instead of just unconditionally opposing Shincheonji Church of Jesus, other pastors should also take the opportunity to listen to the words and judge.”.

Chairman Man Hee Lee, who gave a lecture at the Bible Seminar on that day, said, “Now is the time when the prophecies of the Book of Revelation are fulfilled. Only those who have seen and heard this realities can testify. The testimony of those who have seen comes from Shincheonji Church of Jesus. Please listen to it yourself and tell me if there is anything wrong. The book of Revelation is a book of prophecy, and when the time comes, the reality (as prophesied) appears. So, it is written that if you add to or subtract from even one thing, you will not be able to enter heaven and will be cursed. We need to know this fact. We need to know which people are saved and which people are not.”

He continued, “I am not saying anything that is not in the Bible. If you only listen, understand, and act according to the words of the Bible, you can become a walking Bible. If we listen to these words and keep them in our heart, the words will change us. Learn the words of the Bible and feel yourself changing.”. And the audience responded with “Amen” and applause and cheers filled the venue.

He did not forget to give entreaty to pastors. Chairman Lee said, “You must teach the entire Book of Revelation, but if you don’t, you must feel sorry. You have to look at yourself. And you need to check yourself. You can check only if you know the Bible. Pastors must realize this before anyone else, and then you must take the lead in shouting and making it known.”

Mrs. B (57, female), who had always been interested in the Bible, said, “I was surprised at how he explained without hesitation not looking at the Bible. I have been to many churches in the past, but this is the first time I have heard a lecture that explains the Bible so clearly. I want to learn properly from Shincheonji’s Bible lectures.”

An official from the Andrews Tribe of Shincheonji said, “The reason why so many people attended this year’s first Bible Seminar held in Busan following Ulsan is because people were thirsty for the words of Bible more than anything else. We plan to continue providing opportunities to resolve questions about the Bible for pastors and citizens in Busan.".

Meanwhile, the Busan James tribe is resolving questions about Shincheonji and continuing communication with local residents through 'Open House' and the Andrews tribe is holding a 'Life-Changing Communication Seminar'.
