New Year's Day is coming. There is a lot of food to eat, but there are still many places around us that need to be considerate. 'Pink cloth' is side dish sharing activity delivering warm message of 'We will make neighbors without worrying about meal.' to the underprivileged in the region.

On the 21st, grandchildren of Kim Soon Ok have visited grandmother's house during their vacation and participated in 'Pink Cloth' volunteer with grandmother who have participated in 'Pink Cloth' volunteer steadily.

On that day, grandchildren wore Han Bok and performed new year's bow to beneficiary of 'Pink cloth'. Volunteer Kim and other volunteers are excited about making side dishes.

Mrs. Jeong who has made relationship with Shincheonji volunteer through local agency since February last year opened the door and waited Shincheonji volunteer of 'Pink Cloth'.

As soon they entered the house, two grandchildren performed New Year's bow and said "Stay healthy in the new year.". Beneficiary couldn't hide the heart and took out the wallet and gave ten thousand won to children. They said "I believe I withdrew money for today." and enjoyed.

Prepared side dish were three kinds of vegetable, Korean style pizza, dried seaweed and healthy porridge. Even though it is not a special side dish, it is gracious and fulfilling taste for Mr. Jung who has difficult time to digest. He prepared boiled eggs and beverage for volunteers and had a friendly talk.

Shincheonji volunteer Gwangju branch visited the underprivileged in the region twice a month which is more than 200 times total. Beneficiary was 8 families. With this steady activity, 4 beneficiary households of 'Pink Cloth' were increased. The pure heart of Shincheonji volunteer is recognized by the region and taking a role as a community.

The official of Shincheonji volunteer Gwangju branch said "We had a hard time volunteering since many people misunderstand our volunteer work as missionary work. But, now people welcomes the volunteers since they found out our pure heart. We will do our best to be a volunteer being light and salt in the community since Shincheonji volunteer composed of true believers.".
