Seondan-dong, Pocheon city held New Year cleanup event welcoming 2020 the year of the rat.
The Seondan-dong office workers including the chief of a dong office removed the garbage and the tangled bushes in the area which unauthorized dumping majorly happened and where military is.
At New Year cleanup event, #Shincheonji_volunteer participated together. More than 300 #Shincheonji #volunteer members collected garbage at behind Pocheon funeral cultural center on 19th.
A member of #Shincheonji_volunteer who participated in the event said "I'm collecting garbage at Seondan-dong Pocheon. I feel good participating this time also."
Seondan-dong donggyo-3tong also joined cleanup event. More than 30 residents of donggyo-3tong area cleaned all corners for two hours. A resident who participated in the cleaning said "I was proud to be able to participate in an event that cleans my neighborhood. I will definitely participate in the future."
The chief of dong office said "Seondan-dong became cleaner because many people including Seondan-dong office workers, residents and local organizations participated in the cleanup event. We thank to everyone. We will actively promote various projects in order to not only enhancing clean image but also building the value of Seondan-dong."
