Testifying to the prophecies and physical fulfillment of
the Time of the End according to Matthew 24

Greetings, the leaders from various countries from around the world. I am Lee Man Hee from Shincheonji Church of Jesus. Today in particular I plan to introduce you to Jesus’ prophecy in Matthew chapter 24. First, I like to tell you that I stand here before you in the name of Jesus. Jesus’ words are written in Matthew chapter 24 and it speaks of the prophecies regarding the events that are fulfilled in the future. Please listen carefully as these words were spoken by Jesus. Please listen to them as if you were hearing them from Jesus himself. People have different perspectives on understanding. Matthew. Chapter 24. I can tell you that I only speak from what I've seen and heard. I'll first explain how the content of Matthew Chapter 24 came to be.

First, Matthew chapter 23 explains the events that had happened to the Israelites in Jerusalem at the First Coming. On the contrary Matthew chapter 24 explains future events. When prompted Jesus to speak the content in Matthew 24, was that he was answering a question the disciples had asked him? The disciples. We're pointing out to Jesus regarding the temple building in Jerusalem. The temple took 46 years to build.

However Jesus says something opposite from what the disciples were saying.

He said the Jerusalem temple they were looking at would be thrown down without a stone left in one another. After hearing this, the disciples asked Jesus. When will this happen? And what will be the sign of your coming and of the end of the age? Jesus began to answer their question. I'm sure all of you know the very first thing. He said to watch out that no one deceives you. then it must mean that when the events described in Matthew chapter 24 takes place? there will be the work of deception against many people. Isn't that true? Yes.

Then Jesus said nation will rise against nation and kingdom against kingdom. He said these kingdoms will fight each other. Yes it's a war. He's describing the type of disasters that will come and that is a war kingdom against kingdom. That means there must be two kingdoms involved. This war is not a war of a single kingdom that fights itself but two kingdoms will be involved. Because Jesus was talking about the temple of Jerusalem. One of those kingdoms must be God's temple and tabernacle the people of Jerusalem.

So, what is the other kingdom they fight? Do you by any chance know the answer to this question? I'm sure you're very curious to find out. As I said early on I speak of what I've seen and heard from the fulfilled reality of Matthew chapter 24. Well, if I've seen the fulfillment of Matthew 24, I better know its content very well right? Which kingdom fights which kingdom? That's the question. Currently, I know there's a war between Ukraine and Russia. Do you think that's the war Jesus was referring to? I'm sure that wasn't the case.

Jerusalem refers to the tabernacle of the believers. He was referring to a church. And that means he's explaining how two churches fight each other. Why did he call it kingdom against kingdom? Instead? It's because one church is God's kingdom, made up of the people of Jerusalem and the other church is the kingdom of the devil and its people. So this war is between God's kingdom and the devil's kingdom. Between God's people versus the devils people. One of the kingdoms was referring to the people of the tabernacle of God's kingdom. And I'm sure this part is easy to understand. But what about the other kingdom he mentioned?

As we read the entire Bible, Old and the New Testament, whom did God's kingdom and temple fight throughout? It's the kingdom of Babylon as seen in both the Old and the New Testaments. That's why Jesus used its name Babylon as he compared it to a kingdom of the world. In history long ago, we know that God's kingdom of Jerusalem had been invaded by Babylon. That's why Jesus was using its name figuratively as a metaphor. And which kingdom does it refer to today? We can see in Revelation chapter 17, 18 and 16 that there's a kingdom of the enemy which is a kingdom of demons and it's also called Babylon. We already know that Jerusalem refers to the kingdom of God but conversely the kingdom that Jerusalem fights. The kingdom of God's enemy is called Babylon. You can see that the kingdom of Babylon, the kingdom of demons appears in Revelations 16, 17 and 18.

Babylon must not be a kingdom that belongs to God. It’s the kingdom of the evil spirits, the demons. Jerusalem and Babylon are the two kingdoms that fight each other. Then where is this war fought? We know that Babylon came into the temple of Jerusalem. So that means the kingdom called Babylon invaded Jerusalem. Have you seen it before? Well, this is how two kingdoms fight. What is crucial to understand? Is that these two kingdoms referred to two different groups? Matthew 24 however doesn't quite explain what these two organizations are. It doesn't explain how many people made up Jerusalem or how many made up Babylon which is the kingdom of the enemy that invaded Jerusalem.

It's not mentioned although Jesus did not explain who the two groups were in Matthew 24 which is a prophecy Jesus spoke while he was on earth. They do appear in the book of Revelation. And in Revelation, It says that Babylon is a beast that has seven heads and ten horns. Revelation compares Babylon to a kingdom of beast instead of people. These two kingdoms Jerusalem and Babylon are the ones that fight each other. Jesus said in Matthew 24 that when these things happen false prophets and deceivers the false christ also appear. That's why the first thing Jesus said was watch out that no one deceives you.

He then said that two kingdoms must fight one another. Well, why do they have to fight? It's not like fighting is a good thing. Of course. This is a prophecy that talks about something that occurs in the future. But Jesus said it must happen. Why then must these things happen? What comes after that? Please listen to the progression of how these events occur in order to better understand. We must listen carefully since only those who truly understand the Bible will recognize these events when they actually take place in reality.

However those who do not understand the Bible will not know. And as you know this war is not talking about a war of the flesh. Nor, is it a war between a kingdom of the world against another? Jesus only borrows the names of the kingdoms to explain a future event. Then as a war takes place what happens? It says that some of the people of Jerusalem even hand over their own people to death. How corrupt Jerusalem must be that something like this happens? This is why he warned us not to be deceived. They hand over their own people to Babylon. The kingdom of demons. The kingdom of God's enemy it says. That's what's recorded here isn't it?

Yes, that's what it says. So God's kingdom, Jerusalem continues to become weak and the kingdom of the enemy becomes greater and more powerful. That's what happened. Then which one do you think becomes destroyed? It’s the corrupt Jerusalem that gets destroyed. Then who wins this war? It's the enemies, the kingdom of the demons that win. It's such a heartbreaking incident. Of course, I am sure. Babylon wanted to be victorious as it prepared itself to win the war and invaded Jerusalem. But on the other hand the people of Jerusalem were not prepared.

They were not equipped with any abilities to win this war. That's what we can see from this war. Jesus gave this prophecy and said it will take place and said that when this prophecy, this gospel is preached to the whole world as a testimony to all nations then the end will come. Isn't that what it says in verse 14? Let’s also keep in mind that this is a prophecy and Jesus was not describing something that had already happened. He's speaking about what would happen in the future since it's a prophecy. So this prophecy was a gospel Jesus preached

When this gospel of the kingdom of heaven it’s preached to the whole world meaning it would spread for us to hear it now. That's what he said. It's Jesus' prophecy that was preached. You can read these words yourself in Matthew 24 in the New Testament Bible and see that it's recorded there. So, as the gospel is preached and the end comes. This can also mean unless it is preached to the whole world such an event will not occur. Isn't that true?

Once the gospel is preached to the whole world then the end will come. What is at the end of? Is it the end of Jerusalem? He's not talking about how a kingdom of the world comes to an end. The war here refers to a war of religion not a war of the world. Many people mistake these words and think that the war Jesus mentioned here is a war in the world. But that's not the case. If he was referring to a war in the world, how could these things happen in a temple, the temple of God's tabernacle? A war like that would affect the whole kingdom, not just a temple right? That's not what he meant.

So as Jesus said these words what else did he say? Jesus said that the readers of the book of Daniel could understand these events when they take place. In the book of Daniel, king Nebuchadnezzar appears and he represents the leader, a shepherd who belongs to the devil. You can find that the devil shepherd and people had entered God's kingdom in the book of Daniel Jesus was using this reference as he said those words in Matthew 24.

So then when a war like this takes place who wins that war? It's the enemy who wins. People of Jerusalem even hand over each other to the enemy too. This is how Jerusalem loses the war. And Babylon, the kingdom of the demons that invaded it, becomes victorious. And the holy place Jesus mentions here refers to God's temple. It's the altar of God. This is where the abomination that causes desolation the destroyer of Jerusalem stands. It says so when you see standing in the holy place the abomination that causes desolation spoken of through the prophet Danie, l let the reader understand this means that Jerusalem loses a war and the victor of that war stands on the temple's altar.

Isn't that so appalling? Then since these words are prophecies spoken by Jesus, God’s tabernacle goes through the same thing as these words become fulfilled. God's temple and tabernacle must be there for these words to be fulfilled. And there must also be a war with the enemy as well. And God's tabernacle fights the enemy but it's the enemy who ends up standing on the altar. I like to say something to those of you who shouldn't know a little bit about this.

Pastors of Korea, do any of you know anything about a place called the tabernacle temple? That's where this event was fulfilled. That was the location of the war. This exact event happened there. After hearing these words you can go to the base of Cheonggye mountain where the tabernacle was and they'll tell you what happened. The town's people there who may not even be believers will tell you what happened to that place. This is an actual event that occurred. We know that God's prophecies always come true and that's the reason why we believe them. God's prophecies must be fulfilled.

When these prophecies do become fulfilled we must realize that it is a time of Jesus's Second Coming. That's what's important. So Jesus also said that when the destroyer stands on the holy place let no one on the roof of his house go down to take anything out of the house. How could anyone live on the roof of the house? What did he mean by the roof? Try going up on your roof everyone. You'll see the sky. The heavens, right? So he means that those who belong to heaven must not go back down to the house to take anything from the destroyer.

That's what he meant as he warned those who did not belong to the earth. Why did he say that? You also find in Revelation 13 that the same content is written as what we've just read in Matthew 24 the same description. There are people who dwell in heaven and there are those who live on the earth. So, these are the events that take place in God's kingdom, God's family and also God's temple.

Then he said how dreadful it will be in those days for pregnant women and nursing mothers and let no one on the roof of his house go down to take anything out of the house. He then said to flee somewhere and he said we must flee to a mountain. Which mountain is it? There are so many mountains in the world? Which mountain did he mean for us to flee to? He said it will be like the time of Noah. At the time of Noah, the ark landed on mount Ararat and that's where they were saved. It's the same thing. He also said it'd be like the time of Lot. Lot was also told to flee to a mountain right?

Where was the mountain mentioned in Matthew 24? It must be the mountain of salvation then. It's a refuge. There's a mountain that appears in the book of Revelation too. and it's called Mount Zion there. That is where God's throne is. And that's where the people of God, the family of God are gathered. This is a mountain Jesus told us to flee to. He was not talking about a physical and literal mountain in the world. He meant that we must flee to such an organization.

Jesus was saying that we must flee to the organization of the mountain that's described in Revelation 14 which is our refuge. These are the things we can see. And Jesus said that there would be great distress. One may think he is just talking about a single church. But it’s actually a war between the family of God and the family of the devil. In other words it's a war between heaven and earth. It's a huge war. That's why Jesus said. For them there will be great distress unequaled from the beginning of the world until now.

He also said how dreadful it will be in those days for pregnant women and nursing mothers. And who are the pregnant women? Who are the nursing mothers? I'm sure we've heard what Paul said about this. Paul also said that he gave people milk but he was not a literal woman who gave milk to babies. But he did give spiritual milk didn't he? He was talking about giving God's word. Paul gave God's word just as a woman received men's seed to give birth to children. Just like that, a shepherd receives God's seed and gives birth to the congregation. This is why Paul figuratively described himself to a woman.

The shepherds of Jerusalem were the pregnant women. They were the nursing mothers. They were the ones who lost the war as it says that the enemies stood on the holy place. This is what we must understand. That's why it was dreadful to them. Since their kingdom became the kingdom of the enemy they could not teach anymore. Something similar is also mentioned in Revelation chapter 13. Only the ones who received the mark could give sermons. It refers to the same thing. Revelation 13 and Matthew 24 refer to the same tabernacle. This is how it happens. So the pregnant women are not literal. and they do not refer to actual women who are with child.

A pregnant woman referred to the shepherds of Jerusalem. I'm sure you can understand this by now. It says how dreadful. And it's true that they go through a hard time since they lost their kingdom. And he said such an event is great distress unequal from the beginning of the world. Well what does that mean? There have been countless disasters in the world. How could this be the greatest distress since the beginning of the world? Then what did he mean by the beginning of the world? He was actually referring to the beginning of Jerusalem. He was referring to the creation of that tabernacle of the temple. There had never been a tribulation like that since the creation of the tabernacle. That's true. Their kingdom, their temple was taken away along with their congregation.

It must be a great distress right? But if people misunderstand these words their ideas become false teachings and lies. But the one who saw the actual event in reality would not misspeak since he knows the truth. So when he said that this was a great distress unequal from the beginning of the world he was referring to the beginning of Jerusalem, the temple of Jerusalem.

Yes, such a tribulation, huge tribulation like this takes place. Then what did he say? He gave us a warning. He said many people who deceive each other that there will be many false prophets. He mentions it once again. He said many people will say the lords here or the lords there but he warned us not to follow them. He's talking about deception, right? There will be many false prophets and false christ. And they do the work of deception. However even if they say the lord the son of man is here or there he told us not to follow.

The coming of the sun of man will be like the lightning that comes from the east and flashes to the west. That's how it will be. If Jesus returns as flesh, how could this be possible? That can't be true, right? People were able to see Jesus’ flesh when he came. However, at that time Jesus comes in spirit at the Second Coming. That's why it's described that he moved like lightning. Yes, that's what he said.

So, it’s not that Jesus physically appears like lightning that flashes here and there in flesh. And we must not be deceived by such words. Instead he means that he doesn't come in spirit and move as spirit. This means that Jesus explained this as a sign it is not to be seen or touched by anyone. Then he said immediately after the distress of those days The sun, moon and stars. I'm talking about what's described up to verse 29, I'm speaking from the Bible. That's in my heart. You should open up your Bibles and read carefully too. You should check if I'm speaking according to the Bible or not.

So Jesus, he comes in the spirit and does this work. And the great distress comes because of the enemy's invasion. That's why it happened. He then said that the sun, moon and stars become dark and they fall. Well what does that mean? Why would the sun, moon and the stars in the sky become dark and fall? Nothing would remain on earth if that were to happen literally. Is that what he meant? That’s not what he meant. The sun, moon and stars are all figurative. We can see this content in Genesis chapter 37:9-11 as the family members of Jacob were compared to the sun, moon and stars. Yes, the sun, moon and stars then the fall of the sun, moon and stars refers to the destruction of Jerusalem.

The family members of God were figuratively compared to the sun, moon and stars. They become dark and they fall. And this is referring to the shepherds of Jerusalem which received destruction as well as their followers. Then why does this say that they fell from heaven? Before they were destroyed? They had belonged to God. That's how you can say that they were in heaven back then. But now that they fell to the earth and returned to flesh they ended up being a part of the flesh belonging to the destroyer. That's how the sun, moon and stars became dark. They could no longer give the truth the light. That's what happened to the shepherds and the evangelist of Jerusalem.

From being a part of heaven, they all returned to being a part of the earth. That means just being mere flesh. A lot of people interpret this literally and say that it's talking about nuclear bombs and atomic bombs making up all kinds of different theories like a hotpot. But that's not what it means. That's not the case.

This is how everything comes to an end. It’s how Jerusalem which ones belonged to heaven. That is the end of Jerusalem. It’s the end of the world of Jerusalem. That’s what it means. This is when Jesus' signs begin to appear. Jesus’ signs begin to appear and how do they happen?

At the beginning of the seminar, I mentioned that Jesus said there would be a war between kingdom against kingdom, nation against nation. He said these things must take place. Why do these things have to take place? What must take place? This is the Second Coming of Jesus. Isn't that what the disciples asked? They asked when is your coming and the signs of that time? That's what they asked. And to their question Jesus answered that these things must take place for him to return. In other words, Jerusalem's destruction must happen. That's why it says in verse 30 and 31 about how Jesus' sign would appear.

What happens then? He comes with the angels and he'll send them to one end of the heavens to the other and start to harvest. Jerusalem's destroyed and it's passed away now. Then harvest takes place for the purpose of recreation. People are gathered in ones and twos. Jesus said that heaven and earth may disappear but his words will not disappear. Then, he said that after Jerusalem received destruction by the Gentiles, after that, God's kingdom comes. Everyone, there was God’s tabernacle in Gwacheon.

And you can go there and ask. You can ask the people of that town about what happened to the people of the tabernacle. This happened in Gwacheon. And after this happens people will come gathering from the north, south, east and west. And God's kingdom is created. In Revelation, God's tabernacle that sin is brought to an end by Jesus and Revelation 6 and it is created again in Revelation 7. People are harvested and sealed and they are created as 12 tribes.

Similarly, we can also read from Matthew 8:11-12 that the sons of the kingdom, the sons of Jerusalem are thrown out to darkness which represents the world without God's word. A world that is like the night. While they're out there weeping and gnashing their teeth those who come from the east and the west take their places in heaven just as it's recorded. This is the same as what’s written in Matthew 24 when Jesus said he will come with the angels and harvest those who are born of God's seed from the east and the west

and create God's kingdom once again.

They are the ones who become saved. But people who remain in Jerusalem receive destruction. The Gentiles mentioned here refer to the destroyers. After these events take place, God’s new kingdom and new people are created. The Bible becomes fulfilled exactly as it is recorded without any tiny bit of change. No one should add to it or take away from it. It's fulfilled exactly as it is written. These are the things that must take place. We must read these words carefully. And this is the testimony of those events. It also says that only God knows when this will happen. Jesus said that even he himself doesn't know. He said he does not know when these things will take place.

Content after that, start with the harvest and gathering of the people from the east and the west. It also says two women will be grinding with a hand mill. One will be taken and the other left. As people are harvested in ones and twos. Sometimes you'd find one harvested when the other one hasn't been harvested. even among the same family, only one of them is taken, things like that. So this is how people are collected. That's what it means. Even if you read it twelve times over you'll find it means exactly as what I'm telling you now. It's true. Even between a married couple, only one may be harvested and instead of both. But in some cases both can be harvested too. That's how it happened.

Lastly, Jesus said that as these things happen, he would put the servant who gives food to the people at the proper time in charge of all his possessions. He said. Yes. He said he put him in charge of everything. What is the food given out at the proper time? And when is that proper time? The time refers to the time of the destruction of Jerusalem and it's also the time of harvest. The food he mentioned refers to the food of the spirit. He's talking about the food for her spirit, not the food for flesh. In other words regarding when this takes place he's referring to this time of destruction of Jerusalem.

It's also the time of harvest. Who will be in charge of Jesus' people and give the food of truth? Once he finds him Jesus said he’ll put him in charge of everything. We can also go to Revelation 2and 3. Name of God, the name of the Holy City of the New Jerusalem and Jesus's new name will be written on the him who overcomes. Just like that. At the First Coming God had put Jesus in charge of everything. And, at the Second Coming the one who overcomes is put in charge of everything. Accordingly, we can also see in Revelation chapter 10 that there is someone who receives a scroll and eats it. Then he prophesies meaning he testifies to it.

And that's the one Jesus puts in charge of all his possessions. That's what Jesus said. So then between heaven and earth, God gave everything to Jesus. And now Jesus gives what he received from God to the shepherd who speaks on his behalf. So you can see how huge of a blessing this is. This blessing is beyond what anyone could ever imagine. However regardless of who it is we must not be people who become lazy or complacent or do not believe everything that happens at this time. We must not curse others. We must not become this type of person.

But if here is someone who receives these words and gives them as food to others, Jesus said he will put him in charge of all his possessions. This is a promise. It’s a promise. The promised shepherd, the promised people, It's a promise. This is what we must understand. Matthew 23 explains the events of the First Coming of Jesus that happened in Jerusalem. And Matthew 24 explains the events that take place at Jesus's Second Coming. And these events take place in God's tabernacle, that is God's church. So what happens there? The two kingdoms fight each other. One of them is Jerusalem which is God's kingdom. And the other kingdom that invades this one is the kingdom of demons Babylon.

God's kingdom has always fought Babylon, the kingdom of demons throughout the Old Testament and New Testament. That kingdom invades God's kingdom once again. And there's a war. At this time. There are people who become deceived by the soldiers of the devil and hand over their own people to the other side to be put to death. That is why Jesus told us not to be deceived. Yes, that's what he warned us. So the gospel of heaven. Jesus spoke the gospel once it's preached to the whole world he said the end will finally come. These events of the end of Jerusalem also take place.

Then the destroyer will stand in the holy place. Well, it should be the shepherd of God who stands there. Yet, it is a destroyer who stands there instead. That's why Jesus said how dreadful they will be in those days for pregnant women and nursing mothers referring to the shepherds. That is when people must flee to the mountains in order to survive. That's what Jesus explained. It's because anyone who remained in Jerusalem at that time would end up eating the fruit of good and evil given by the destroyer and eventually die.

So ever since this Jerusalem is created, this type of destruction is the first of its kind. He's not talking about the beginning of the entire world. He's talking about the beginning of that temple. Jesus emphasized several times that we must be careful not to be deceived. He said do not believe them even when people say Jesus is here or he's over there at that time Jesus will come in spirit and he will work and move like lightning. That's what he said.

Everyone, have you ever seen God’s throne in the spiritual realm? Have you ever been there? I was told to come up there and I saw it. I was but there were many angels around God's throne organized. They moved like lightning. Their voices were like the peals of thunder. Very loud. It was very loud. They were quiet until then. But as Revelation was about to be fulfilled, spirits were moving and were active. So Revelation could be fulfilled. It cannot be fulfilled by any person. They are working to fulfill what has been promised in heaven. So think about how busy they must be. Thus their voices and their movements were like lightning and thunder.

However on earth, it seems like everything is quiet and peaceful since the movements in heaven cannot be seen. But in heaven they are very busy trying to fulfill what has been promised. It's the same for Matthew 24. This chapter describes the events of Jesus's return. For this to happen, there has to be war between spirits and the spirits must move because of it. It's truly amazing. And once we perceive this, we must not be lazy even for a single moment. We cannot be lazy. We must go here. If God tells us to go here and go there, if he tells us to go there we must run when he tells us to run. We must flee if he tells us to flee. In order to survive we must follow God's words.

If we do not follow God's words and do the wrong things we might end up becoming God's enemies even the people of Jerusalem became God's enemy. And they were devoured by the enemy, the devil. So after reading Matthew 24 if you go into the book of Revelation and read it you'll see that the events described here appear clearly in Revelation too. Everyone, what is the purpose of our faith? Isn't it to go to heaven? Why do you want to go to heaven? It's because that's where eternal life is. That's why we want to go to heaven. If that's the case the words recorded in the Bible are our way. It is our path.

It is the way God set and he's calling us to walk on that path. We must follow the way to go to where God is, everyone. To think I'm already a pastor, so I'm going to heaven no matter what. That's wrong. If you are a pastor, your judgment before God will be that much greater. That's why the pastors and congregation alike regardless of who it is. These words must become yourselves. Ask yourself. Who am I? Who am I according to the Bible? Have I truly been created according to the Bible? Every believer must ask these questions to themselves.

We must keep that in mind. Do you think Jesus bore the cross and spoke these words in vain? This is the way he created for our salvation. So we must follow it. That's the way we must go. Isn't that why Jesus also said he is a way and the truth? This is the only way that leads to life. People who do not follow even after being told will end up dead. If they fled to the mountain as it is recorded here they would live. But if they remained in Jerusalem they would have eaten what belongs to Satan and learned Satan’s teachings.

Then they would only fall into destruction along with Satan later. That's what this contents about. If we are true believers we must be dedicated 100 percent to our faith. Just doing some things right doesn't mean that you are carrying out your life of faith correctly.  Everyone, all of us have our hope in heaven. As we learn these words, we get to become God's family and meet each other living with God forever. Everyone understands this right? So if there's anything else you like to know more about this content you should call and find out. Even if it takes a hundred phone calls.

Don't think that it's fine even if you don't know. It's something we must know because it's important. Within these words, because the word is God, so within God we are one. We're one right? We become one family. Let us not quarrel. Jesus said we should love even our enemies. Then we must do so. What does this say in the Lord's prayer? Everyone, it says forgive us our debts as we've also forgiven our debtors. In order for these words not to become a lie we must forgive. Correct? We must do so. We shouldn't point fingers at each other fighting about who is better and who's what. Instead of doing the work of killing I mean, you just heard the content of Matthew 24. Please read it again verse by verse and understand what it means.

After that, think about where these words became fulfilled in the entire world. That's what you must confirm. We must not treat our faith foolishly. We must check and confirm and believe it if it has been fulfilled. We will be saved only if we follow what has been commanded by these words. Do you understand? Please understand to talk about how great of a person you are in the world is foolish. What's so great about that?

Everything is in God's hand, isn't it? Consider these words like the food of eternal life. And I pray and wish that all of you will enter the kingdom of our hope, the kingdom of heaven. Thank you everyone. We are one
