specific candidate support or politics

Shincheonji church has more than 210,000 congregants in Korea. The church is the place for people to live a religious life. And those people are doing their social activity. Also, political tendencies vary. The church is not involved in it and has no interest. Congregants can support a certain politician but the church does not support a specific candidate. 

It's not easy to even build a temple. For mild patients who are Shincheonji congregants in Daegu and Gyeongbuk are, the church has been searching for treatment centers many times but couldn't find them. Since we are not allowed to any building, there is no training center. All donations offering were denied. If we had a connection with politics, this would not happen. 

Shincheonji church has performed various activities in the spirit of Jesus promoting community social contribution activities, religious harmony among religions and peace activities becoming the light and salt of the world. To do so, we need solidarity of society in all walks of life and we need to find a way. This applies for any association. Please do not undermine and distort the good intention to the value of peace and neighbor love through exchange and solidarity.
