Shincheonji regarding donating 12 billion won
On 5th of March, Shincheonji church delivered 12 billion won to Community
Chest of Korea in order to overcome Corona 19 crisis feeling deep
responsibility since Shincheonji church has a lot of corona patients. The
donation was not collected by congregants. It was a finance of the church. As
chairman Lee Man Hee stated at a press conference, Shincheonji church will do
its best to provide material and human resources. However, on 6th of March,
from Community Chest of Korea, a return request was made for use of donations
for reasons such as the burden of poor public opinion on Shincheonji
church.
Shincheonji church will find another donation place as soon as
possible so that it can be delivered to people who need help conveying the sad
and sorry heart. Also, Shincheonji church is looking for facilities with full
strength in order to prepare treatment center for mild corona patient in
Daegu area. Shincheonji church will do my best for patients who is severely
sick and waiting for hospitalization preparing to solve ward problem.

That's a generous amount. I don't think i heard of other churches giving donation to help in this time.

ReplyDeleteWhat an effort made by Shincheonji. I do hope people would be more logical and understanding. Allow people to practice their faith freely. The media has really ruined lives through misinformation.
