Matthew 24:15 What is the abomination of destruction?

"The promised holy place at the time of Second Coming, the false shepherd of the Satan who destroyed"

[Shincheonji Church of Jesus, The Temple of the Tabernacle of the Testimony]

In Matthew 24, at the time of first coming, the disciples came to him privately and asked a question about buildings of Jerusalem thrown down and the sign of Lord's second coming and of the end of the age. And Jesus' answer to this question is recorded. Among them, in Matt. 24:15-16, it says that when you see the abomination that causes desolation is standing in the holy place, flee to the mountains.

The falling temple of Jerusalem in Matthew 24 which is the holy place is a spiritual one referring to the tabernacle of the chosen people. Jeremiah 3:17 said Jerusalem is the place where the throne of God is. In Zechariah 8:3, Jerusalem is the city of truth. After all, the tabernacle which is with God is Jerusalem. Jerusalem being collapsed means the tabernacle of God being collapsed.

What is the reason for the tabernacle of God being collapsed? Matthew 24 is the word of prophecy about the second coming at the end of age. Matthew 24 has the same content as the book of Revelation which is a comprehensive book of all prophecies of the New Testament.

At the time of Lord's second coming, as the promise in Revelation 1, seven stars appear at the tabernacle of the seven golden lampstands that prepare the way of the Lord. But, in Revelation 2-3, they broke their covenant with God and became one with the beast, Nicolaitans. And Jesus sent letters to urge repentance several times through the prophet. But they did not repent their action of betrayal.

These chosen people who betrayed are judged by the plague of seven seals in Revelation 6 and judged by the plague of seven trumpets in Revelation chapters 8 and 9. This tabernacle that betrayed is called heaven in Revelation 13, and a beast with seven heads and ten horns that came up from the sea came into this heaven and blasphemed and destroyed the tabernacle of God and its saints. Also, in Revelation 13:11 and below, there is a beast with two horns that comes out of the earth and speaks like a dragon. In Revelation 20:2, it says that the dragon is the ancient serpent, the devil, or Satan. The beast speaking like a dragon is the devil teaching untruths.

Have you ever seen a beast like this? This physical beast refers to a spiritual beast. In Proverbs 30:2~3, a person who does not understand the word of God is called a beast, so it does not refer to an actual beast.

In Revelation chapter 17, the prostitute sits on the beast with seven heads and ten horns. Seven heads are seven shepherds, and ten horns are ten authorities. The reality of this beast is an organization, consisted of destroyers. Also, the title written on the prostitute's forehead is called Babylon, and Babylon is a home for demons and a gathering place for evil spirits. So, the prostitute and the organization of the beast is the spiritual Babylon, the kingdom of the devil.

Just as Jerusalem, the city of God, betrayed and was destroyed by the kingdom of the foreign, Babylon, Jerusalem, the tabernacle of God, betrayed at the time of Lord's second coming. This is a prophecy, being destroyed by spiritual Babylon, the kingdom of Satan. As such, there has been a war between the kingdom of God and the kingdom of Satan in every age. The event of the abomination that causes desolation standing in the holy place is a prophecy of a war between the kingdom of God and the kingdom of Satan at the time of Lord's second coming.

In Thessalonians 2:1-3, Paul said that when the Lord returns, the rebellion occurs first, the man of lawlessness is revealed and the work of salvation is fulfilled as Jesus comes again. In this text, it is said that the tabernacle of God, the holy place, betrayed and it is destroyed by the destroyer, the abomination that causes desolation, and those who flee to the mountain will be saved at this time.

If so, where is the mountain from which we must flee to be saved? The mountain in the prophecy is spiritual and refers to a place where spiritual trees are gathered. In Isaiah 5:7, God's people are compared to trees, and in John 15:1, Jesus refers to himself as a vine, so a spiritual mountain refers to an organization like a church where people, who are spiritual trees, are gathered.

At the time of the Lord's Second Coming, in Revelation 13, when God's shepherds and saints betrayed and are captured by the beast, destroyer, being destroyed, those who neither worship them nor receive their mark are gathered in the spiritual Mount Zion in Revelation 14. And God, Jesus and heaven come down here. And these are those who belong to the 12 tribes that have been sealed by God's word in Revelation 7, and Mount Zion, where God is, is the new kingdom of God. In Revelation 15, the Temple of the Tabernacle of the Testimony is founded by those who had been victorious over the beast.

Today, which is the time of the Second Coming of the Lord, we must find the spiritual Mount Zion, the Temple of the Tabernacle of the Testimony, created through the promised pastor, not becoming one with the pastor of Satan, the destroyer.

"In 168 BC, the statue of Zeus was installed and sacrificed, Rome occupied Jerusalem"

In 168 BC, Antiochus Epiphanes, the 8th ruler of the Seleucid dynasty of Suryia, occupied Jerusalem, occupied Jerusalem and installed a statue of Zeus, and sacrificed pigs as a sacrifice that the law regarded as abominable.

Rome occupied Jerusalem and placed the emperor's flag in the temple and ordered them to worship. Isn't it the abomination that causes desolation standing in a holy place? The abominable thing is, for example, the U.S. Supreme Court has legalized a homosexual marriage by a vote of 5 to 4. The homosexual marriage in the Bible is the abominable thing before God, and this is the abominable thing standing in a holy place.

= Church D Pastor E =

Now we can see the abomination that causes desolation standing in the holy place. What is the most unclean thing standing in the temple of the believer? How do we apply? In the church, academic level and social position are considered to be important. For example, members of the National Assembly resign when their personal assets are revealed. But, in fact, when pastors do not something wrong and the church becomes divided, they don’t resign. Isn’t this the great tribulation when we stand in this holy place?

= Church F Pastor G =

At some point, our Korean church began to parade celebrities. That is to set up an abomination in a holy place. You should never set up the testimonies of faith by singers or popular celebrities on the pulpit.
