The Figurative Death and Resurrection

Christianity, religion of resurrection... What is the true meaning of spiritual resurrection? 

Shincheonji Church of Jesus, The Temple of the Tabernacle of the Testimony (Shincheonji Church of Jesus, Chairman Man Hee Lee) held the 18th lecture of the 'Testimony on the Parables of the Secrets of Heaven and Their True Meanings' on the 7th. 

Lee Jung Geun of the Simon tribe of the Shincheonji Church of Jesus gave a lecture on the subject of the figurative death and resurrection.

Christianity is called the 'religion of the resurrection'. In this lecture, the true meaning of spiritual resurrection in the Bible and the faith of resurrection we must have today were looked at.

Lecturer Lee first categorized the figurative answers such as ▲ death is the absence of the word of life ▲ the grave is an organization of untruth ▲ resurrection is the word of life.

What is spiritual death disguised as physical death? This lecturer defined spiritual death as “the absence of the word of life.” In John 6:63, the words of Jesus are spirit and life, and in John 1:1-4, the words of the beginning are God, light, and life. Therefore, a person who does not have the word of life is 'a person whose spirit is dead'. This was his explanation.

Next, he explained about the spiritual meaning of resurrection. According to the lecture, spiritual resurrection is the resurrection of the spirit with the word of life. Also, just as you open a physical grave and come out, you hear the word of life which is like breath and come out from the organization of untruth that is a place like a spiritual grave. Lecturer Lee added, “It means that the Spirit gains life by hearing the words that come out of the mouth of Jesus.” 

In addition, he explained about the reality of the 'spiritual grave' where the spiritually dead were gathered, divided into the time of the First and Second Coming. At the First Coming, Jesus called the hypocrites Scribes and Pharisees 'whitewashed tombs'. Through them, lecturer Lee testified that the Jews at the time of the First Coming, who were taught by Satan's untruths, were the realities of the tombs where the spirits died. 

Lecturer Lee said that whether the word of life comes out determines whether the church is a tomb or not. He said, “Even if it looks like a church where God is with them who pray and worship, if there is no word of life and untruth comes out, it is a spiritual grave that is full of dead spirits. We have to know the place I belong to is where the words of life exist or not. If the untruth is testified, we have to open the grave and come out."

In addition, he explained the spiritual tomb at the Second Coming. He said "In the last days when Revelation is fulfilled, the nations will fall with the wine of Babylon's fornication, that is untruth, so Babylon becomes a spiritual grave. At this time, through the prophecies of the New Testament, we should realize the reality of the tomb. Coming forward to the promised pastor, the New John, who testifies the breath that is the word of revelation (Rev. 10) is the resurrection of life from death. 

Lastly, he emphasized that believers living in the time of the Lord's Second Coming must realize all secrets of heaven. Lecturer Lee said, “Today is the time to testify plainly according to the promises of Jesus because what was said in parables has appeared as reality. Through the seminar, I hope all of you hear the word of the breath and realize so that you can participate in the resurrection of life."
