1 Thessalonians 5 Who is the Son of Light?

= Those born of the seed of God who is light, the word of light of God =

In order to understand this content, you must know the meaning of light and darkness in 1 Thessalonians 5. In John 1:1-4, it is said that the word in the beginning was God, and in him was life, and that life was the light of men. Therefore, the light is the word of life of God, on the contrary, darkness means ignorance without the word of life of God or untruth.

 

Who is the son of light and who belongs to darkness? In 1 John 1:5, it says God is light, and in Luke 8:11, the seed is the word of God. And those who are born of the word of God who is light become the son of light. And, since darkness means ignorance which is without the word of God or untruth, those who belong to darkness refer to those who are ignorant and untruthful who do not understand God's Word. 

In John 12:46, like the saying that Jesus came as the light and those who believe in Jesus do not walk in darkness, the Son of Light at First Coming of Jesus 2,000 years ago was disciples who were reborn of the word of the seed with the word of revelation of the Old Testament that Jesus opened. On the contrary, as in John 8:44, priests and people of the Jewish at that time, who didn’t know the truth since they were born of the devil's seed, ended up belonging to darkness. The result of those who belong to darkness is that they were not saved since they did not receive Jesus, who is the light. The Son of Light, like Jesus and his 12 disciples, became the faith to be saved by accepting Jesus. 

In Matthew 13:37-40, the good seed is the sons of the kingdom of heaven, the weeds are the sons of the evil one, and the harvest is the end of the age. Therefore, as the weeds are gathered and burned with fire,  it will be the same at the end of the age. 

This is saying that, at the time of harvest which is today, those born of the seed of the word of God, which are good seeds, will become sons of light and enter the kingdom of heaven, but those born of the see of devil which is untruth, the weeds, will belong to darkness and go to fire of heel. 

As in 1 Thessalonians 5, who are those who become sons of light and receive salvation at the second coming of Jesus today which is the time of the Second Coming of the Lord, and those who are destroyed belong to darkness? In John 9:4-5, Jesus said that it would be night when he left, and in John 16, when the time is right, there will be time to speak plainly rather than figuratively. So, in Revelation 5 of the New Testament, it is said that there is a sealed book in God's right hand and that no one in heaven or on earth can know. Then Jesus took the sealed book and opened the seal in chapters 6 and 8. In chapter 10, a mighty angel received the book and gave it to John to have him eat.

Like this, even today, there is only one shepherd like John who has eaten and ate the open scroll, and no one can receive revelation without this shepherd, and no one can know God, Jesus, the promise in the Bible and its fulfillment so ones has no choice but to be a person who belongs to darkness.

Therefore, at the time of the Lord's Second Coming, only through the shepherd like John, only those who can realize the word of revelation and believe can receive the Second Coming of Jesus and become the Son of Light who are saved. On the contrary, even though you meet this shepherd and do not hear or realize the word of revelation, as a result, you belong to darkness and are destroyed. 

In Revelation 14, Mt. Zion is the place where Jesus will come again, and it is said that Mt. Zion is the temple of the Tabernacle of the Testimony in Revelation15, the new heaven and new earth in Revelation 21, and the place where the overcomers are in Revelation 3. The sons of light who receive Jesus at the Second Coming of the Lord receiving salvation are the people of Mt. Zion, the Temple of the Tabernacle of the Testimony, and of new heaven and new earth Shincheonji, where the overcomer is. These are the 144,000 people of the 12 tribes and the great multitude in white robes who are born of the seed of the word of revelation meeting the shepherd like John who received the word of  the open scroll in Revelation 10.

What is the life of those who belong to the light? This means a life that does not fall into moral indolence and physical indulgence. 

At the time of the end, what we must know when looking at our society is that the night culture will flourish. The night culture completely dominates the whole world. At night, the entertainment district is formed. While living in the night culture, people get fuzzy during the day and live in sadness, not being able to come to their senses.

While living on this earth today, I believe that we should be able to live as those who belong to the day and those who belong to the light. We must reject the night culture completely. 

The sad image seeking self-indulgence, depravity, lewdness, sensuality, and physical pleasures, we should remember this image at the time of the end living in this era today.
