[Shincheonji Doctrine Comparison] Revelation 3 What is the meaning of the white clothes that Jesus gives?

[Shincheonji Doctrine Comparison]
Revelation 3 What is the meaning of the white clothes
that Jesus gives?

"White clothes are the clothes of the spiritual heart, wash with the blood of Jesus and make it clean"

[Shincheonji Church of Jesus, The Temple of the Tabernacle of the Testimony]

About 2,000 years ago, Jesus told the parable about the secret of the kingdom of heaven. Today is the time when the prophecy of the book of Revelation is fulfilled. So, through the promised pastor who saw and heard its reality, it is told plainly about the secret of the kingdom of Revelation.

In Revelation 3:4, it is said that there are a few people in Sardis who are dressed in white and walk with the Lord. He said they are worthy in God’s perspective. Also, in Revelation 6, it is said that a robe, white robe, will be given to the souls who have been slain because of the word of God and the testimony. Therefore, it can be realized that white robes are the clothes worn by those who are worthy of faith, approved by God.

However, you can see that the white robes are white clothes washed clean with the blood of Jesus, not white clothes washed with physical water, as it is said that the clothes were washed and made white in the blood of the Lamb in Revelation 7:14. But if we wash our clothes with the blood of Jesus, will our clothes turn white? Or red? If we wash with physical blood, our clothes will turn red. How can we wash our clothes clean with the blood of Jesus?

About 2,000 years ago, Jesus said in John 6 to eat His blood and flesh. Many of those who heard that word misunderstood and even left Jesus. This is because they thought that the blood Jesus spoke of was physical blood.

But Jesus was not referring to the physical blood, but to the words of Jesus as the blood of Jesus. And since the new covenant was made with the blood of Jesus, the word of the new covenant is the blood of Jesus. The word that one's clothes were washed in the blood of Jesus means that the clothes of the heart were washed clean with the words of the new covenant which was written by the blood of Jesus being shed, rather than the physical clothes were washed.

In Isaiah 1:18, God said that even though your sins are like scarlet, if you reason together with the word, they will be as white as snow. In John 17, it says that the words given to you are sanctified by the truth. And, in John 15,  it says that we are already clean because of the word I have spoken to you. So, the clothes of your heart are washed only by hearing the words of Jesus and correcting your evil deeds.

Therefore, the overcomer in Revelation 3 wears white robes. And, in Revelation 6 white robes are given to the martyred souls. And the great multitude who are saved in Revelation 7 wears white robes washed with the blood of Jesus. The wife of the Lamb in Revelation 19 let them wear bright and clean fine linen and these stands for the righteous acts of the saints. In Revelation 22, it says that only those who wash the robe can enter the holy city, heaven. So, white clothes symbolize clean and blameless faith. Therefore, the white clothes are the clothes of the spiritual heart, the heart washed with the words of the blood of Jesus, and the righteous acts (Rev 7:14, Rev 19:8).

And to wear white clothes means that you are recognized for your acts. Not to defile your clothes means that you  kept the word of the Lord and did not defile your spirit and acts.

Then, let's take a look at the reality of the book of Revelation that has been fulfilled today. In Revelation 1, the church called the temple of the seven golden lampstands preparing the way of the Lord appears. However, in Revelation 2~3, the chosen people of the temple of the seven golden lampstands betrayed, breaking the covenant with God. As a result, Satan's shepherd, Satan's Nicolaitans, invaded the temple of heaven and made the saints in the temple of heaven receive the teachings of the Nicolaitans, commit fornication with the devil, feed them sacrifices to idols, and receive the mark of the beast on their foreheads and hands. So, they deceived the saints of the tabernacle and defiled their hearts and clothes of the acts.

But at this time, there was a worthy believer who did not become one with the flock of Satan, the Nicolaitans, and did not defile their clothes. They are the one who were left(Isa. 1:9), like A quart of wheat for a day's wages, and three quarts of barley for a day's wages in Revelation 6. And, in Revelation 12, they are the one who overcome by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of their testimony as to shrink from death. The white robe worn by the overcomer is the robe of the spiritual heart, meaning that they have been recognized for clean and blameless faith and the righteous spirits and acts keeping the word of the Lord.  Those who defeat and overcome Satan's Nicolaitans will create God's new kingdom, the new nation, the 12 tribes of Shincheonji, and a peaceful world ruled by God.

How can believers living in the age of Revelation wear white clothes?

Just as the disciples who followed Jesus 2,000 years ago were washed by the words given by Jesus, today, in Revelation 1, 5, 7, 22, they receive the forgiveness of sins by keeping the words of the new covenant made by the blood of Jesus and become to wear white robes with the open word belonging to Shincheonji 12 tribes, the new kingdom and the new nation of God.

"White color means victory or holiness, I don't know why."

[Existing denomination Presbyterian Church Pastor A]

Now, if you read the book of Revelation and see white color, it means victory or holiness. It is all or nothing. So, this is either victory or holiness. There are some people who ask why it is victory or holiness. How do I know? This is a sign of victory. So,  the white robe given by God is a sign.

  1. I'm grateful to be able to understand the figurative language of the Bible. This is truly the language of heaven, and a message of hope, that all people everywhere can know.
